As they got closer to the edge they tried to go to the back of the boat. But failed for they fell anyway. It wasn't that bad it was only about a three foot drop, they just laid there. The water wasn't very deep, so they didn't get a lot of water on their face. After a few moments Kira decided to stand up, she extended her hand towards Aki.
"Here," Kira said looking away.
"Thanks," Aki replied grabbing her hand. Aki took Kira to the little village through the trees. In the middle of the village there was a small well surrounded by gravel paths. There were six small houses around the well, at the edge of the houses next to a wheat field was a small plaza with shops and a small tent for medical needs. The houses were small wooden homes each two stories tall. All except for one, this one was much larger than the others.
"The lords home," Aki said interrupting Kira's thought.
"Huh?" Kira replied puzzled.
"The big house," Aki paused, "the one you were staring at."
"Oh," Kira replied.
"Come with me," Aki grabbed Kira's hand and led her to the house closest to the plaza.
"Where are you taking me?" Kira asked, "Aki?" Aki was silent as she led Kira into the house.
"AKI!!!!! ANSWER M-" Kira was cut off.
"Welcome to my home," Aki said, "I'll make us some tea." Aki smiled warmly at Kira.
"Okay. Thanks."
