Cafe(Part 1)

Chapter:2

               After finishing the torture of History class,I quickly grabbed my books for next few hours from my locker and hurriedly make my way to cafeteria but someone calls me from behind.I turns to find Ana running towards me and when she reach me without a word she just grabs my hand and pulled me through the mass of students filling in hallway towards the cafeteria.

     After buying a burger and a can of strawberry milk I followed Ana to our usual table in the corner of the lunch room.We sat across from eachother and waits for Amy.Usually Amy is the one who waits for us in lunch but today she is not here yet.

   After five minutes Ana let out a groan and starts to scrolling through her phone and I can tell from the look of her face she is thinking the same thing....

     Where on the earth is Amy??

  My stomach starts to grumble and she lifts her head clearly amused.

  "Don't look at me like that"I snapped at her but feeling guilty I clears my throat"Um....Where is Amy?I'm starving here."I asked looking around.

   "I don't really know"Ana trailed of with a frown"But I think she is in a bad mood today"she muttered looking at her tray quite unsure.

  I look at her confused"Why?What happened?"

  "How would I know?But I saw her earlier today in the hallway infront of chemistry lab talking with Mrs.Jones,she looks quite pissed"she informs me.

   Mrs.Jones is our chemistry teacher and she is quite rude to students but we don't know why.She kind of hates Amy and believe me the feeling is mutual."Amy got in a fight with Mrs.Jones.Again.Isn't she"I asked her but it sounds like a statement because this is a matter of almost everyday,Amy likes to piss her off everytime she got the chance.

    Shrugging she shoved some of her fries in her mouth furrowing her eyebrows"I guess..but why?"I just shakes my head.

    Suddenly Amy slams her tray on the table and slides beside me.We looks up from our food to see a pissed off Amy which is terrifying.Ana turns towards me with a I-told-you-so look,I shake my head at her childish behaviour and turns towards Amy who is now glaring at her food intensely.After waiting sometime I softly kick Ana's ankel under the table and when she looks up from her phone I jerks my head towards Amy giving Ana a pointed look.

   Rolling her eyes"What is it?"Ana asked but Amy just shrugges in respond.I lightly touch her arm concerned and she looks at me with a reassuring smile.Ana let out a frustrated sigh"Just spill,girl"she demands crossing her hands over her chest.

  Amy chuckles at her expression shaking her head.Leave it to Ana to make Amy laugh.This is the best thing;Ana can make us smile instantly whenever we are down due to her childish behaviour.We are used to it by now.Most of the time it was quite amusing but it becomes kind of frustrating sometime.

   Sighing Amy said"I had an argument with Mrs.Jones today in chemistry class".

     I nodded"Yeah I know that But why?"she raise a eyebrow at me"Ana saw you earlier and you were quite pissed off then"I added smiling.

  Amy drops her head on the table"Mrs.Jones has assigned us partners for the upcoming project"she let out a grunt"It's annoying".Ana raised a eyebrow at me and I just shrugged.

   "It isn't that bad,is it?"someone asked.

   We looks up to see infront of us there stood.......Wesley Parker.Our school,Starwar High's golden boy and Erik's best friend.But he is like Amy's sworn enemy,they can't stay five minutes in a room without fighting.Most of all he is Amy's neighbour and they used to be good friend,they were pretty close back then.I don't know what happened between them but now they practically hates eachothers guts.
