AEGIS Entertainment(에이지에스 엔터테인먼트) is a company founded in 2017 by BamBam and Kim Junhyuk. It is a place that aims to help talented people who aspire to be a rising star in the KPOP industry and be a worldwide Hallyu star.

AEGIS Entertainment(Hangul: 애기스 엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean label and entertainment company in Seoul. It is established by Got7's Kunpimook Bhuwakul, known as Bambam, lead rapper and lead dancer of the group, in 2017.
The entertainment company will be producing various genres of music to suit to the different music preferences of people from all over the world. They will have actors, actresses, idol groups, solo artists ranging from all over the world.
In the recent interview with Allkpop and Soompi, Bambam was asked why had he decided to create an entertainment company when he was still at such a young age of 20, and especially being part of such a internationally popular Kpop group Got7.
"I may be young, and I may tremendously busy with my own schedules with the rest of the members of Got7, but I believe that there is a need to do this. As the world advances, the Kpop industry is growing much bigger, and expectations are higher in terms of talent, and most entertainments only accept those of some countries, and don't look for talent in those of other countries. Thus I would like to give a chance for the entire world, to try, to prove on the talents that they have. I believe that I can turn this dream of being a global idol for many of those out there, into a reality. The first step to success, is trying, and daring to dream."
Here's what Bambam has to say to all aspiring young adults out there.
"To everyone out there in the world with the aspiring dream to become an idol, I'm Kunpimook Bhuwakul, your CEO, and a member of Got7, you may address me as Bambam. AEGIS will be a place that will build up on your talents, and help you discover even more strengths that you had never imagined you would have. I hope that you will put your utmost best in this entertainment, but more importantly, have fun. Because come on, what's enjoyable without fun. Dare to dream, dare to believe, and finally, dare to try. I hope you'll join the AEGIS family, hwaiting!"
