Master (Vaati x Shadow Link)

Cuddles, bath and a scarafice

Vaati looked over at Shadow, noting how cuddly and sleepy he was. He would almost find it cute if he cared enough for the boy to think about him like that. He brought him to his bed, tucking him in carefully. "Sleep well."

Shadow grabbed the sleeve of Vaati. "Stay...please..." he looked at Vaati with bright red eyes. He sure was still childish and innocent.

Vaati looked down at him, debating whether or not to comply. Hm. If he let him sleep with him, then he would trust and care for him more. But if he said no then the boy would learn to function alone early on. Ah, he could teach him that later. Better give good memories for him to hang onto. He slipped into the bed beside him.

Shadow nuzzled close to Vaati purring softly. He closed his eyes as cuddled Vaati. "Thank you...Master....." he said sleepily. He could hear the steady heart beat of Vaati.

Vaati got comfortable on the bed and let Shadow cuddle up to him. "Get some rest." was his only response. He stared at the ceiling with his arms folded behind his head, planning out what he planned with Shadow. He would be able to use him to get rid of those pesky foursword brothers. Starting with the smart one.

Shadow slept through the night curled up with his master feeling his body heat. The deku scrub cuddled in between them squeaking happily. Shadow held the deku close.

Vaati didn't sleep that night. He didn't need to, but it was comfortable enough for him to relax. He stayed there all night, thinking and planning and making up ideas.

The next morning shadow was woken by the soft peeping of the deku. He smiled softly as he nuzzled the soft leaves. The little bat got from her perch as she nuzzled shadow's cheek.

Vaati was gone by the time shadow had woken up, a warm pillow in his place. He got to work on a few things, visiting some of the prisoners in the dungeon and getting a in little bloodshed early on in the day. He cleaned up before going to check on shadow with some breakfast.

Shadow sat up stretching. The deku hopped out of bed tugging shadow to the door. "Alright alright...yikes.." he chuckled picking the deku up. The small bat followed shadow.

Vaati opened the door just as Shadow went to touch it, the food floating beside him. He looked mildly surprised that Shadow was awake so early. "Going somewhere?"

The bat stayed behind shadow burying herself in his purple hair. The deku grinned seeing the food before it tried getting to the food shadow held onto it. "Just uhh to the bathroom.." He stammered.

"Bathroom, hm? There's one connected to your room. I believe I showed it to you yesterday during your tour." Vaati said calmly. "Once you're done, come to my office for breakfast."

The deku looked at shadow tilting his head. "*peep* I thought you were gonna get the food for the room? *peep*" he smiled as he tried reaching for a piece of an orange. The bat looked at Vaati narrowing her small eyes. "Oh...err...sure..." shadow stammered.

Vaati nodded and walked out, making his way back to his office with the tray of food. He waited patiently within, deciding to work on shadow a bit more today.

As shadow walked into the bathroom to get himself cleaned he noticed his bat following him in. "Well...just as long as you don't stare..." shadow said as he took his clothes off ready to wash his body. He noticed the bat looking concerned. "Hey...ever since I met ya yous been actin' funny..." he said as he ran a warm bath.

"You're in trouble! I don't trust this Vaati guy." The bat squeaked, flapping around and settling in Shadows hair. "Do you see how scared everyone is? You're scared too! Something is wrong." She chirped, folding her wings and hanging onto shadow.
