The next morning Morgan was so disappointed to find the weather had turned against her, it was heavily raining so she could not go outside, Morgan just hoped that the horses would be ok with this storm. Would snow survive this terrible weather? What if he gets spooked and runs away?

Morgan felt helpless she couldn't do anything to look after the wild horses.

She spent the rest of that day reading books about horses and watching tv. There wasn't much to do at home she just wished the rain would go away. She tried to sleep to make the time go faster but the sound of the rain smashing against the iron roof top echoed through the house, each droplet that hit her glass windows sounded like small rocks being thrown and then the loud BANG of the lightning crashing down sent a huge flash of light into her room. She looked outside and it was totally darkness the dark gloomy clouds had swallowed the sun leaving the earth one giant shadow.

Morgan was so scared to imagine what the horses were going through at this point. More lightning followed by loud thunder that almost shook Morgan's house. Morgan could not wait for the day to end.

That night got even worse, raindrops became heavy hail smashing into Morgans windows. Short showers lasted hours at most and heavy downpours lasted what seemed like forever.

Morgan was so afraid, the lightnings blinding flashes and the thunder that eachod though Morgan's head was terrifying for her she was more scared to imagine the fear the horses were feeling.

Rachel walks in with a worried look on her face, sits next to Morgan and asks. "Are you ok my pretty flower?" Morgan replies with a scared nod. "It's ok my flower its just a storm you will be fine." Rachel wraps her arms and Morgan and tightly hugs her comforting Morgan to sleep.
