Why so cold? (Slow Updates)

Previous:

I took one last glance at Haku and blew him a kiss. I saw Haku's have become red. I smirked and jogged to catch up with Sasuke. I heard Raven and Naio snicker behind me and I also snickered.

'I really love you Haku.'

Present:

I walked into the house after Sasuke.  I made it to the living room before I felt something run into me.  I stumbled a bit and looked down to see Inari had his arms wrapped around my waist and his head snuggled into my stomach.  I gave a light laugh and placed a hand on his head.

"What is wrong Inari?"  I asked quietly

"I am sorry Yuki!!  I didn't want to make you mad!  I didn't know!"  I gave him a confused looked until realization hit me.  'Kakashi must have told him'

"It is okay Inari I forgive you."  I gave him a hug and I let him go.  Inari took a couple steps back before holding up his arms with a pout adorning his face.  I smirked and gave an airy laugh.  I picked him up and held him.  I snuggled his face into my neck.  I swayed back and forth rubbing his back in a loving way.

"Can you sing me a song Yuki?"  Inari whispered half asleep.

"Sure,"  I answered.  I thought for a second and then I remembered the song my mom used to sing to me when I was little.

I finished the song and I noticed a sleeping INari in my arms.  I gave a light laugh at how cute he looked.  Just at that moment Inari's mom walked in and saw Inari sleeping in my arms.

"Ohh, thank you so much Yuki!  I was looking everywhere for him.  As I was putting him to bed a ran out of the room to go somewhere.  It seems he went here with you."  Inari's mom took Inari out of my arms.

"Your welcome ma'am."  I started to walk to my bedroom to go to sleep. 

I was laying in my bed when I felt a strong presence that was hidden.  I gave a sigh because I knew what tomorrow would bring.

'It looks like I will have to fight you tomorrow Zabuza.......Haku.  I just hope you don't die on me.'
