The next morning, Gev wakes up unconscious. She look around to see a doctor and a nurse in front of her. But a with a smile on their face this time. They check her condition and went outside of her room. But just when she realize she was transfered to a new room. She heard crying and sobbing next to her. At first, she didn't really care but until then she heard "Yoongi.... why did you leave us so fast...." She look to her side and move the curtains aside to see Yoongi's body covered with a blanket. Tears rolled down her cheeks. Now, that she realised that she's supposed to be dead, not alive. But why Yoongi? She quickly got up eventhough she's still in pain from the surgery but she was stopped by Yoongi's mom. His mom reassured her and tell her that everything is going to be ok.
She cried hard letting her tears wet on Mrs Min shirt. "Yoongi...... don't leave me alone...." Gev cried trying to stay by Yoongi's side. She saw nurses coming in to get Yoongi. She couldn't stand to see him in that state. She look away bearing the pain that already has.
Before Mrs Min goes out of the room, Mrs Min gave her a small box wrapped in goodly condition that says 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY" And that she is left all alone in that room. Gev opens it and it's clearly written 'From:Yoongi' 'To:Gev'
There she saw a book and a paper.
Tears rolled down her cheek once again when she read the paper.
To:Princess Gev
Now that you see this letter,I'm no more beside you. I want you to keep this paper with you forever. Remember when I told you that I promise that I'm gonna get you a gift? You can guess your gift on your own but I'm gonna give you a one question. And the question will be the answer to your gift.

That's all. Simple. After reading this, I want you to carry on with life. Be happy. Don't look at our photos or any memories so often coz I don't want you to look sad. Think about the goodness that happen. Now without me, please take care of yourself. Remember to do your laundry, don't skip meals, go and have fun with your friends and visit me whenever you have time. I'm gonna miss you too. After reading this, Gev tries to figure out the gift. Unexpectedly, the answer is 'Heart'. Gev weakly sobs as she can't believe Yoongi suffers beacuse of her. She told herself 'He is still with me"
Gev then open the book that Yoongi gave. 'He kept our memories together'. Gev stopped crying and read it. She read it and smile to herself. Thinking about it back makes her happy. She then decided to read it one memo a day.
As night come in, Gev still feel the pain and agony in her as it's hard for her to accept everything the fact that it happens a while ago. She still misses him much. And that she hug the book and sleep peacefully after that.
