Power Of Love

~4 months have passed~

It's been a year and a month that James has been a coma. Lying down in the hospital bed for a year. Not really moving, nor talking, nor noise heard in his ward. It was deafening quiet.

Friends would come and visit him. Family, cousins, relatives, they're there too. They travelled Arizona to California, just to see James.

With Jaiden, every single day, the voices slowly takes over. She was now 6 months pregnant. The bump is already showing.

Jaiden isnt really with herself right now. She thinks of random things. So her friends brings her to the doctor for a check up, just to check if the baby was okay.

For the past few weeks, the baby was surprisingly okay. But has no idea what state the baby is in now. Jaiden isnt currently scheduled for any check ups this weeks. Her next one is next week, Wednesday.

Jaiden was now quiet. She never spoke, never smiled, for 7 months now. Rebecca would check her if she's doing anything. But when she checks, she's not doing anything. She's just staring at a specific object for too long.

Everyone has no idea whats happening in her mind. In the middle of visiting hours. Jaiden finally spoke.

Jaiden: I have to leave

Tim: Jaiden wait!

Jaiden: Leave me alone! I know what I'm doing!

Cypher: No you dont Jaiden! Your mind's messed up...

Jaiden: You mean I'm crazy?!?!

Cypher: It's not like that, it's-

Jaiden: Just shut up! Shut up all of you! What kind of friends are you?!?!

Rebecca: Were just protecting you

Jaiden: Protect?! I'm a grown lady! I can take care of myself! Now goodbye!

Jaiden rushed to the Animation house. When she reached there. She locked herself.

You're useless... James hates you... You dont need food nor water. All you need is us, a blade, sufferings and pain...

You're a big disgrace. A huge mistake. You shouldnt've got born. Because you? You wrte the biggest mistake of your parents' life.

Listen, do you want to end this? This pain? You know, you could go and kill yourself. And when you do that?

It's all done... Nothing's more. You have endef your suffering Jaiden...

"No!!" James said, as he rised up from his bed. His friends who were sitting heard and saw him.

They went near him to give him a hug.

James: J-jaiden...

Tony: It's okay James. The nightmare has ended

James: No... Jaiden's in great danger right now

Tony: Um... No? She went home, that's just your dream James, it's over

James: Huh... You dont believe me then? Just give me my clothes

Jaiden's POV

I cant take it anymore... If it wasnt for James stopping me, I could have ended my life, pain, suffering...

But today, this is where I trully end it... Blade... Dont let me down...

I positioned the blade 4 feet away from my chest.

James: Wait!!

Jaiden heard James. The blade was inches away from stabbing herself. She dropped it and look at James.

James: What are you doing?!

Jaiden: Cant you see?! I'm ending my life! I was about to be vanished from this cruel world. Why do I wanted to end this James?

It's because I cant stand another pain! Love hurts! I cant stand it! You left me James! I guess the voices were right... They never trully left me. While you? You left! I thought we are best friends? I thought you loved me!

Jaiden started to cry... James guessed that she have watched his video, so he did not question any further.

James: I'm... Sorry I left you for a year Jaiden. I'm sorry you have to go through that oain alone. But I've always watched over you. I know how you loved me, and our child. I know that you were about to break. Knowing that no one would help you raise a child. I know all of that...

Jaiden: H-how did you know?...

James: Well... Maybe our souls are bind together... Were soulmates after all, right?

Jaiden giggled, she instantly forgot the voices and depression. She felt light in her life again.

Her surroundings lit up one by one. Frowns, fading to a smile. Dark auras, to a happier one.

James is back. Jaiden is now happy. The only thing that can stop depression, id the power of love...
