Rachel and Finn have gotten together in New York and gotten married. Rachel is on broadway playing the role of fanny Brice and is in NYADA with Santana and Kurt. Rachel and Finn have a double storey house. Everyone except Quinn and Puck had moved to New York.
They all decided to get together every Wednesday to continue their glee club.
