Elsa massaged her temple, restraining herself from sighing loudly as she and the council discussed about what they were going to do with the former prince whom was probably already rotting in the cell as they spoke.

"I say we just hang him." A member from the council suggested, earning several nods and agreements. "We have already been granted the permission from his family in the Southern Isles. Might as well make use of this oppurtunity. This Kingdom's safety is in stake as long as he is alive." he continued.

It irked Elsa somehow ; when he used the term 'oppurtunity' but kept mum nevertheless and brushed it aside. The Queen raised her hand, silencing the room in a second. "This is not some matter that could be taken so lightly. How are you sure that when he is dead , Arendelle is safe from any threats? The man could have an ally just waiting to take action against us all."

The council members went silent for a minute or two before errupting into a flurry of whispers and discussions. The look on their faces had told the platinum blonde everything.

"Hans of the Southern Isles shall be kept under my watch until I figure out his motives and if he has any other plans of threatening my kingdom. "

Jaws were dropped. "B-but Your Highness-"

"It is the Queen's call to make and I have made my decision." The Queen smoothly interrupted.

This woman must be insane , she hears one of them mutter to himself and bit back a smirk.

Now, for the real problem.

"Has Princess Anna been informed regarding this matter?" The platinum blonde fidgets nervously with the rims of her silk gloves, a new-found habit that everyone notices the Queen does whenever she's nervous.

Gerda let out a deep sigh, before nodding slowly "Yes, The Princess hasn't been taking it rather too well."

Elsa looked down in guilt, "Make sure she is well taken care of.  She musn't feel anymore stressed out than she already is."

"Yes, Your Highness." With that, Gerda made her way out of the platinum blonde's chamber.

As soon as the woman was out of sight, thick layers of ice made its appearance on the floors and walls of the room. The temperature started dropping gradually and Elsa could feel it getting lower by the second. Her heart was beating rapidly and panic washed all over. Was she doing the right thing? Would her deceased parents be dissapointed in her? Would Anna be dissapointed in her?

The platinum blonde lost all her strength and slid against one of the walls , choking on her sobs.

This man better be worth it.
