Falling for Your Trick

                                                                      *ASHLEY'S POV*

          "Ashley!!!" Sarah screamed while pointing to her yearbook. "Of course! I'll sign it!" I said while simultaneously getting out a pen. " Can you believe that next school year we will be in college!?!" she asked me excitedly as she peeked at what I wrote in her yearbook. " Yeah... time seems to go by so fast, i couldn't keep up with it!" I replied as I handed her my yearbook. "Jeez Ashley, you should really get a boyfriend!!" she said out of the blue.  I looked at the ground and blushed. "Easy for you to say! You already had 10 boyfriends!!!" I said, with the blush still on my face. " Yeah well Adam was sweet but he wasn't very rich... and Jeremy was smelly... and..." she continued to speak, but my mind trailed off. Im going to college and the only boy I ever talked to was Elliot, my hampster, who later died of a heart attack... gosh, I never knew that hampsters had heart attacks..."Ashley! Are you ok? You seem quiet...well your always quiet but what I mean is you seem to be thinking hard....." she began. 

          The bell rang and it was time to go home. As soon as I got in my room, I plopped down on my bed and looked at my mirror. My long, black hair scattered upon my face, but I didn't really care. The topic still hung over me. Why cant I get a boyfriend? Of course i never really wanted to, but its the last week of high school and not one boy seemed interested. I must be ugly. unlike Sarah, my hair was always messy and was scattered all over the place... Sarah's is blond and has a natural curl to it that no one else had... no wonder every guy seemed to like her. No one seems to like me...

                                                                  *DARWIN'S POV*

          "Alright Darwin! Its your turn! Truth or Dare?" Aaron asked me. " Dare" I replied with total confidence. Everyone else looked in awe, we all knew Aaron made the trickiest dares. I smiled brilliantly at everyone, showing my perfect teeth at the ladies. They all blushed and one actually fainted. " I dare you to ask out Ashley and make her your girl friend... then break up with her." Aaron confidently stated. "ASHLEY? THE GIRL WITH THE LONG BLACK HAIR AND BROWN TWINKLING EYES?" I joked.  One of the girls cried out, " h-he thinks she h-has 'brown twinkling e-eyes'?!?". I let out a big laugh and turned to Aaron. "This dare is gonna be a piece of cake."
