"Sei, do you want to play a song together? We haven't done that for a while." Kuroko suggested as he picked up my violin from the ground.

I smiled and nodded before taking the instrument from him.

"What do you want to play?" I asked, getting up on my feet to give him space.

He shifted and pondered about it for a moment. His ocean blue eyes flickered with excitement when he looked at me.

"Remember that song we composed back then?"

A smile made its way to my lips as the thought of the piece evaded my mind.

"Of course I do. How can I forget such a beautiful masterpiece?" I chuckled, bringing the violin up to my neck.

Kuroko smiled at me and stretched his fingers.

"Same goes for me, Sei."

'Sei~ Can we compose a song together? It will be fun!'

'I don't know Kuroko. It doesn't sound like a good idea.'

'Eh? But it'll be fun, I promise!'

'Alright then,'

I beamed at him and hovered the bow above the strings.

"3, 2, 1, go."

'I'll play the piano!'

'I agree to that. You are truly good at it, and there's no denying that.'

The piano came to life once Kuroko started to play; the nostalgia instantly hitting me as the melodic sound of the keys filled the room.

'You'll play the violin, right?'

'Of course I would. You know me all too well.'

'Well you do prefer violin rather than the piano so,'

I took a deep breath and closed my eyes as I joined in a few seconds, my fingers instantly sliding to the rightful notes.

'If it's a song, then we'll have to sing as well. I'd like to just play the violin if that's okay.'

'Nonsense. You're gonna sing along.'

'But that's going to be hard when you're playing this kind of instrument.'

'Please Sei?'

'Stop it Kuroko! You know your puppy eyes are my weakness.'

'I'll stop when you agree to sing with me.'

'Fine. I agree.'

'Yay! Just follow after me.'

My eyes fluttered open, only to see Kuroko looking at me with a smile, knowing what was coming next. He turned to face the piano and my heart melted when I heard his voice.
