After momma showed us the house she left us to unpack I had only 5 pair of jeans and 8 pair of tee shirts ,and 4 pairs of vans .. after I unpack i layed on the bed and pull out my drawing pad and started to think on what to draw that I go lost in my own mind and that's a scary thing... by the time was brought back to reality I look down ....

" dinner is ready " I hear Katy say at the bottom of the stairs... I get up and walk to the door looking behind my back at my new room it was massive and cool . I make my way to brax room but he was gone problby already down stairs digging into the food ... I made my way to the table where Katy and a a man sat the man was blond headed and tall he laugh with brax as they mess around . Then there was the girl Hannah sitting on her phone texting , sat down and watch the scene if front of me.
" okay settle down time to eat y'all " Katy said
I grunt and others talk , I was handed a plate and I started to eat .
" so son how are you settling in" the man ask " I'm Ben "
" honey he don't talk much " Katy said
I smile and raised a thumb there way They think I don't talk I can but I can hear , I'm deaf .
I just kept watch them as I ate I put my hand to my throat ... " I'm deaf " I watch there reaction .. Yeah I'm deaf deal with it ... as mom and my now dad stood up the brought me into a hug where they were rubbing my back .. I pull back and they look at me
" we learn sign language for you " , they spoken mouthed I smile and we sat back down to eat the rest of our dinner
" marcus and luacs yall will start school tomorrow but the way , take a shower and go to bed " mom said
" yes momma " I spoken
Mom had tears in her eyes when I called her mom .
After eating I walk up the spiral staircase to my room opening the closet door and pulled down some tights and a oversize tee . And head to the shower , once in I stand under the hot water as it help with the relaxing muscal .. I poor some strawberry sented shampoo in to my hand and wash it though my scalp and hair ... then I raise it out , I put some kiwi smelling body wash in my hand and rub it all over ..
I grab the towel and step out and dry off and got dress .. I walk to the bedroom and walk in front of the body length mirror and study my self ... lean body , short curly brown hair , really dull brown eyes .. and a small yellow burse from the last school were I was beat up ... marcus was sitting on my bed and he walk over and sign good night as he walk out the door he was mad you could feel it radationg off of him , he handed seeing my bear torso with all the bures
I walk over to the bed layed down and started to fall a sleep when a hand in front of my face made me jump .. I look at her and she look at me it was hannah
" here I brought the watch for dad's birthday but you'll need it , it will vibrate when the bells ring and when class is about to start " Hannah said
" thank Hannah " I said with my hand to my throat .
With that she place the watch in my lap and left I slap the watch in place and l ayed down ....
