Jordan woke up with a start breathing heavily. I was in shock of my nightmare.

"Its just a dream, just a dream." I calmed myself down. I got up out of bed and walked to the kitchen part in my apartment. I lived in a small, affordable, apartment for one in a town close to Chicago, where I am currently working in a small department store. I grabbed a bowl out of one of my cabinets and opened the fridge. As I look in the fridge, I come to see an almost empty, half gallon of milk and some week-old pizza.

"Looks like I have to go shopping today." I grab a box of some off brand Cheerios and pour them into my bowl and add some milk. I grab a spoon and sit down at my table and start to eat. As I eats I look up and see my cello and bow sitting against the wall. Someday we will get there, someday. I love music and all I ever dream about is becoming a very well-known cellist. I live and breathe music and would love to go to a university but don't have the money to pay for any. Jordan is only 19 and is living on her own six hours away from where she grew up. She came to Chicago after 18 to join a university that sent her a letter saying they wanted her but when she had finally moved they had found someone else. She was very upset about this but she knows she can't let it get to her. She likes it in Chicago better than where she used to live anyway and there is no point in moving back.

I kept eating my cereal day dreaming about the future when all of the sudden my nightmare came back. I was with five other people when darkness swept in and engulfed them all. Then I seen a wolf launching for me. Jordan shook her head. Maybe a nice shower would help me calm down and forget about it. I get up and walk to my bathroom, get undressed and step into the shower after my water is warm. The feeling of the hot water against my back feels so good. I get my long blonde hair wet before I add some shampoo and scrub my hair for the longest time before rinsing. I finish up and rinse my hair one more time and rinse the soap off my face. I dry myself off and get some clean clothes on, a gray hoodie and some ripped skinny jeans. I pretty much wear clothes like this every day. I blow-dry my hair and put some socks and a pair of black boots on, grab my keys and wallet, lock my apartment and head down to the parking lot wear my silver, 2006 Ford Fusion sat covered in snow and ice. Its January 12 and has been snowing here for the past week. I get into my car and start it to warm up as I get the snow and ice off my windows and windshields as I sit in my car. I pull out of the parking lot and start to the nearest groceries store, arriving about in 15 minutes after.

I get out of my car and in front of me is parked and old Bronco with two large, tan men with long black hair that are talking. They look like they are from a native american tribe and they stop their conversation and stare directly at me, their gaze sending chills down my spine. I walk quickly away into the store and grab the closest cart and start walking through the can isle getting what I need. I get my cart about half full of what I need, heading toward the milk when I spot the two men staring directly at me, about 20 feet away. I froze, their stare so cold I could feel it in my bones. I quickly grabbed the cheapest milk and started half walk half jog towards the check-out, ringing my food out as quick as possible and dart to my car throwing my stuff in and take care of my cart and run into my car and lock the doors. I sat out of breathe, then looking up to find the two men standing right in front of my car. I quickly pull out and sped out of the parking lot not knowing what to do. As I drive I check my rear view mirror. They are in the Bronco following me so I make a couple turns to places I don't know and end up on a road driving through woods trying to loose them. I pull my phone out of my pocket and try to call someone but I have no service. I panic driving 30 mph over the speed limit hoping I wouldn't get pulled over. I try to get my phone to work not paying attention to the road. I look up and there's a wolf standing in the road I start to swerve and slide off the road crashing into a tree. I sit there glass covering me, checking my body for wounds, just a slight cut on my forehead, minor. My car is totaled so I can't go anywhere. I ask myself, why is there a wolf in Illinois. I turned to look out my window to see one of the native american men standing there. He broke into my car, grabbing me by the hair and dragged me out. I tried to scream but he quickly covered my mouth and held some napkin to my nose. I instantly passed out.
