"What are you doing?" I hissed.

But Lewis only ignored me and went on, "C'mon she won't shut up about you!"

Sebastian was getting closer. I was mortified.

"Stop it! I will kill you," I threatened Lewis but he was thoroughly amused.

"She claims to be a Sebastian Vettel fan!" he called again.

"I hate you!"

Lewis only laughed harder as Sebastian joined us.

"No, no, I- I mean," I stammered, unable to find the right words that would not make me look like a complete fool.

"Yes? No?" Sebastian cocked his head. "You're not a Sebastian Vettel fan?"

He was bigger than what I expected. He looked smaller on TV but as he stood in front of me with the top half of his race suit tied around his waist, I could see his arm muscles. His eyes were bluer and his smile was captivating. And red suited him so well. C'mon, quick. Think of something funny to say, I urged myself. Wait, no, not funny! Funny is risky. Try something witty. Yes, witty is good.

"My dad is a huge Kimi Raikkonen fan!" I blurted out, before I could stop myself.

At this point, Lewis burst out laughing, gasping for air. Mariam looked like she wished she didn't know me. My dad should just disown me already. I deserved it.

"Is your dad here?" Sebastian asked me, uncertainly.

I shook my head, too embarrassed to speak.

"Well, we better get him a nice cap and a t-shirt and get Kimi to sign them for him," Sebastian said to me with a twinkle in his eye.

I should say something. Thank him, Dani. Thank him!

I nodded, not trusting myself to speak.

Mariam came to my rescue. "That would be amazing. Of course, we wouldn't want to trouble you. We know how busy you are! I'm Mariam. And this is Dani. We're from London."

"It's no trouble at all. It's the least I can do for Lewis' friends who have come to support the sport," Sebastian replied. "If you guys are free, I can take you to our garage now. Kimi is there too."

He paused. "Unless I'm interrupting Lewis' quality time with his girlfriend," he teased.

It was now Lewis' turn to stutter and somehow I felt less embarrassed at my earlier display of awkwardness.

"Ooh, we haven't had the talk yet!" I mocked, feeling like myself again.

Lewis regained his composure quicker than I had and said, "Seb likes to troll people. I was just about to walk them to the hospi and head back to the garage. So, if you're cool with it, they're all yours. Just make sure they're back in time to watch me kick your ass in second practice!"

Sebastian laughed. "Don't worry, I'll take good care of them."
