It was night time, the military stronghold of the Western forces was barely surviving on what they had, I.S.A.T wasn't there to support them, neither any other military force. Two men outside were guarding the area against any intruders, though they wouldn't stand a chance, no matter with or without Kain. "So, Jackson, what do you think about that man who has those godly powers will burst through the Iraqi border with his other guys? I mean rumors around our unit say that he could be an antichrist." Jackson with negativity responded "Man I don't know, I sent a message back home saying I won't make it, only because I know I won't. This man who is causing chaos could be a C.I.A experiment, or at least that is according to my speculation, who knows. But if he does attack this stronghold, keep your aim on their heads. Now, Edward, you know the government ain't telling us a thing about this man, he might be something that the government doesn't want to tell us!" Edward looked at him confused, but understanding his choice to say such "I mean... I suppose, right now we are literally on low amounts of resources! We can't even repair our own vehicles and we have to make our shots count because we are running low on ammo too!" Jackson said with reduced loyalty "This military ain't fit for us! We need to desert 'em!" Edward looked at him surprised directly into his eyes that shifted his emotion "Jackson, you can't!" Jackson said, but if rumors are true, in which they were to some extent, he didn't want to lose his life to a man impossible to kill. "Edward you listen now, America is losing so many men! We might have to draft people into the army now and that ain't right at all! Even though I am Texan, understand I never really took interest in politics." They kept silent for a long time, Jackson thought to himself, "Maybe I should join them. I don't want to see myself become a slave to the devil."
After a few months, the Romanian I.S.A.T had reached the Iraqi airports and prepared for a full-on war, soldiers had been surprisingly daunted, but they did not show it to prove to the people that they might have a fighting chance. Little reports on the war existed, and journalists had difficult times getting into Iran, and those who made it out had been daunted by the military, making it difficult to get more information.
