Emma POV.

I woke up the next morning in Jake's arms. It felt safe and comfortable. I wiggled a little, hoping he would turn to the other side and let go of me. But he didn't. Instead, he held me tighter mumbling something. I listened closer to make out what he was saying.

"Stay away from her. You'll never get her." He mumbled. It was sweet that he was dreaming of me. I wiggled again and this time, he opened his eyes and growled. His eyes softened when they saw I was safe.

"What's wrong? Are you OK?" He asked scanning my body for injuries.

"Nothing I'm fine. It's just that I have to pee really bad." I said a little embarrassed. "Oh. Right." He opened his arms and let me free.

I ran into the bathroom and did my business. I took a quick shower. After I got out, I realized that I didn't get clothes. I wrapped the towel around me tightly and walked out of the bathroom.

I walked really fast towards my closet. He looked at me with wide eyes. As he looked towards me, I glared at him. He quickly looked away.

I looked in my closet and took out a pair of blue jeans and a navy blue tank top, with black converse. I grabbed my undergarments and hid them in the rest of my clothes and ran back.

As soon as I closed the door, the towel dropped. I didn't really care since he can't see me.

I quickly got dressed and put my makeup on. I put my hair in a bun. I already blow dried it so it wouldn't be wet.

I walked out and didn't see him. I followed the amazing scent and it led me to the kitchen.

I saw him sitting at the table talking to Ben and John. John is my gamma. Ben would be the Alpha but they rejected the offer. I didn't mind. Being Alpha is hard work, but I like having control.

"Hey em! I haven't seen you in a while." I turned around and saw Zach. I ran and hugged him.

"Zach!!! Where have you been?" We hugged for a while till we heard a growl. I turned around and saw Jake glaring at Zach.

"Calm down Jake. It's OK." I was about to explain when Jake walked up to Zach and kicked him where the sun don't shine. Then after that, he punched him in the nose.

"Jake!! Get off of him now!" I used my Alpha voice on him. He looked up at me and cowered down like I was going to hurt him. It hurt me that he thought that.

I walked over to him and sat down. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you. Are you OK?" I asked softly. He looked angry.

"Who is this?! Why is he touching my mate?!? You're mine and not anyone else's" he yelled. If was shocked  I finally put my head back together and spoke.

"Shut up for a minute! Let me explain! Jake, this is my brother. Zach, this is my mate." I had to yell the first part to get him to stop yelling. He looked at me with an embarrassed expression on his face.

"Oh. I'm sorry. I didn't know. You understand right?" He asked bashfully. Zach nodded and turned to me.

"When did this happen?I mean, one second I'm in the blood moon pack, thinking my little sister is mate less, the next, I'm here with my sisters mate. Congratulations." He said. I smiled and walked up to Jake.

"I met him in the woods yesterday. Me and Ash went for a run and saw him on our territory."I explained the whole story to everyone. After that, all the girls left the room.
