I stared at his angelic face. He became weaker day by day. I miss my old Jinhwan. The boy that used to cheris every moments of my life.

He is sleeping in silent. The sound of the Electrocardiogram Machine (ECG) filled the room. All those wires surround his body. It's hurt me seeing him lying there and not moving. I can't help my tears.

"Hey.." his voice awake me. He is awake. "did you sleep well?" he ask through the oxygen mask. I nod, I can see he smiling. "Come here" he move a bit to give enough space for me.

I climb up his bed in caution. Beware with all the wires. He stroke my hair behind my ear.

"You look pretty today so stop crying" he wipes my tears. I smile.

"So are you saying that I'm not pretty before this, huh?" I tease him. Both of us laugh.

"Ouch" he groaned, I'm panicked. "Pabo" he teasing me and kiss my forehead.

"Yah! I'm scared that I hurt any part of you" I flicked his forehead.

"Okay, that's hurt" he smile. I chuckled. "Hey Myungie, promise me, when I'm not around, you'll be happy with every people surround you"

I nod. "Promise me that you will move on and find someone who can treat you well" he continued his words.

"Promise me, that you'll love me eventho there is someone in your life after this. Put me here, in your heart forever eventho its only 1%" he points towards my heart. I tried not to cry.

"I promise you Jinhwan" I said and hug him.

"I'm tired. Mind to sleep in my embrace like before my baby?" he asked. I nod and hug him tightly. I miss to be in his arms. "I love you Myungeun, till my last breath"

I shouldn't sleep that day if I know its going to be his last breath. He is sleeping peacefully in my embrace that day, with his tears.

It's been a two months since Jinhwan's dead.

"Hey" Yunhyeong greet me as he saw me in the secret room.

"Hey, how you doing?" I asked as I put down my pen and the board. Their is cheris in my voice.

"Fine" he smile. "How do you do?" he rest his head on my shoulder.

"Fine as always" I pat his head. "Is there any problem?" I look at him. Our eyes meet.

"No of course" he warp his arms around my waist. It's startle me.

"Hanbin will kill you if he saw this" I chuckled. I know them well.

"Right, I almost forgot" he pulls back his arms.

"Yoyo, how's Jisoo?" I ask him. I haven't heard any about them from him or Jisoo.

"Ah! Since that day, she has to take over all of his job. So yea, she kinda busy. I miss her" he sighed.

Talk about love, Jiwon and Jiyeon is demn sweet. Soon them will get married. I'm happy for them. Hanbin and me started to hangout like usual. Everyday is MyungBin day.

I remembered when this little girl, the daughter one of my patients ask Hanbin to marry me and make her as our foster daughter.

"You build a castle in cloud nine?" Yunhyeong voice woke me into reality.

"I'm sorry. What did you said just now?" I quickly smile.

"Did you think of him?" he asked. I smile again. I shook my head for no.

"I'm thinking of Hanbin" I said. "I've been wondering, why he never told me who is his girlfriend or did he ever falling in love?"

Yunhyeong giggle. "Right, but hey! He did and he still live her till now. Just, that girl doesn't even know or doesn't even care. I guess"

"He told you who is she? Why he didn't told me? Thought I'm his best friend"

Yunhyeong tap on my shoulder. "Myungeun, not all of our secrets need to be shared. Maybe, he afraid that you might hate that girl or you might ignoring him because of that girl" he smile. "He has a reasons on everything he doing"

I sigh. He is right. "Oh right! Jiwon ask me to give this to you. He kind off busy today" he took out something. "and here is mine"

"Happy Birthday Myungeun" he smile. I look at my phone for confirmation. Yea, it's my birthday.

"Thank you. I'm sorry, I forgot" seriously I am. My phone rang and my mum is on the line.

"Myungeun, we have been waiting for you to call us for this past few weeks" I heard my mum voice across the line. I stay silent. "Myungeun are you there?"

"Oh! I'm sorry mum. I'm in middle of discussion now. I'll call you later" I lied. My parents know everything. They even came here during his mourning.

Yunhyeong throw a look at me. "Myungeun, let's go out somewhere. Let's having fun"

- Jiwon Pov -

"Is everything set?" Hanbin ask. He is busy grilled the three layer black pork.

"Yea!" I smile. Looking at the cake that we bought then we decorate it. It's look messy but hey! We're pretty sure she gonna love it.

"Yunhyeong said they are on their way" I continued my sentences.

A big smile appears from both of our face when we saw a familiar figures walk towards us. This rooftops is our old school rooftops. Our one and only secret place. We've informs the owner of the school.

"Yah! What with this event?" she said excitedly. "Seriously you guys are crazy" she chuckled.

We're not answering her question and start to sing Happy Birthday song. She close her eyes when we finished the song, minutes then, she open her eyes and blew the candle.

"May god bless you Kim Jinhwan. Wish you were here" she said and wipe her tears.

We having fun on eating and talking about our past.

"Thank you" she said. We laid down and focus on the stars. "You guys are the best thing in my life" we just smile and not answering her.

"Hey Myungeun, remember when we were kid, I used to told you that the stars is died person?" Hanbin finally spoke.

"Yea. You told me that when I lost my puppy" she chuckled.

"Look at the one and only stars which is directly stared at us" he points to the one star which is parted away from the other stars in the midnight sky. "That is our Kim Jinhwan. He is watching you every single days. He is wishing that you will have happy life"

I glance at Myungeun who is at my right side. "and he is saying that he is sorry and he love you so much" I'm scared. I'm scared she will cry.

Surprisingly, she is smile. From ear to ear. "Hey Kim Hanbin, I would love to believe you but, as you know we learn astronomy too" she change her position from lying to sit down. "Stars in the galaxies is might be another planet, or another galaxy or probably dust"

"Yah! Why you take it seriously?" Hanbin rolled his eyes. I chuckled. Yunhyeong? He is in deep sleep.

"Btw Hanbin, thanks. Some how I really wish it was him"
