"Hey," I looked around the boring room, bored. Marcus decided to have a meeting right before me, so I'm just here, waiting. It just so happens that some boring nerd thought I was cute and wants to hit on me. Stay cool, keep your cool, Emily. Breathe, yeah, that's good! Breathe. I heard my inner conscience speak to me.

"Yes," I smiled sweetly at the nerd, who was really bugging me. His eyes widened and his jaw dropped, like he was surprised I answered. I really shouldn't have answered.

"A-Are you taken?" he asked, sitting up straight, clearing his throat. To bad he stuttered. Oh, and to bad I'm with Liam.

"Yeah, sorry," I shrugged sadly.

"Oh," he looked down at his feet.

"So, why are you here?" I asked, might as well talk to him.

"I hold the knowledge prophecy, ever heard of it?" my eyes widened, he must be really smart.

"That's so cool," I smiled a wide smile.

"Yeah, why are you here?" he asked.

"Blood Moon Wolf," I shrugged. His eyes widened and his jaw dropped.

"You're the blood moon wolf? I'm talking to the Blood Moon Wolf! Oh my flipping word! The blood moon wolf spoke to me," he started to freak out. "You're supposed to be one of the few people who are as smart as me."

"Yeah... I wasn't that smart. Then I shifted and bam, I know stuff only Albert Einstein should know," he chuckled and looked as Marcus walked out of the conference room door.

"Emily, how are things going with Liam?" he gave me a small hug.

"Things are going great," I smiled.

"That's lovely," he looked at the man who was in the conference room with him.

"Alpha Derek Dime, of the Red Cave Pack, I'm sorry to hear about your mate," I greeted looking at him.

"Uh, hi. Whoever you are," he walked away. I shrugged and walked into the conference room with Marcus.

"So, where exactly is this pregnant rogue?" I asked as he sat down in his chair.

"She's about to pass your territory, here," he gave me his tablet and I watched a video of barely pregnant women sitting down, eating food from her bag.

"That's awful. She's pregnant too, meaning she should be in better care. Who is the father?" I looked at Marcus with raised eyebrows.

"It's your job to figure it out," he smirked at me.

"Fine," I mumbled, standing up."This better be done by 7, I need time to get ready for my date, and speak to my parents."

"They're looking for you," he pointed to a screen, where my parents were walking around asking random pack members stuff, and I could barely make out the word Emily from their mouths.

"Shoot," I stood up.

"See you later Marcus," I started to run out, but ran straight into someones back.

"You again," Derek mumbled.

"The name's Emily. I'm the blood moon wolf," I smiled, holding my hand out. He smirked and shook it.

"Do you like powerful men?" he asked.

"Yup, it's why I'm mated to Liam, the alpha of the Blood Moon pack," I smiled a wide smile.

"Darnit," I heard nerdy boy mumble.

"Do you think he minds sharing," he asked in a whisper.

"Actually, he does. I also don't like sharing," I stomped my heel on his foot and walked out of that building like a boss.
