It's 1953 and Elizabeth, or Beth, has just met Niall, the leather jacket, bucket seat car owner with cigarettes in his white shirt pocket and his skinny jeans rolled up to show is converse. The only things Niall cares about in his senior year of high school is getting out of that hell hole and making it big as a musician, "like Sinatra or somethin'."

Beth however, isn't into that, her father wants her to be the good girl, to make good grades and go to the college downtown and become a doctor, anything. But she really just wants to be a beautician.

It's 1953 and their love is just getting started.

In 1934, Niall Horan was born and he was a "baddie" from the get-go in the words of his mother. He had always preferred to get dirty and fix things with one of his daddies old screw drivers or nut screws. However, his momma taught him to play guitar and piano at a young age, he never minded, he always sort of liked it. When his pop went off to war and came back a completely different man, Niall took notice and changed too. According to his mother, Niall started hanging around the rougher kids in town after his father returned, he was about 11 then, and she never really knew why.

It's 1953 and Niall is 19, graduating from high school in a couple months. He doesn't want to do much other than cruise the Flame, a burger joint, or the Frontier, another burger joint, or play his guitar to woo some women. He always tells his friends he'll be famous one day when they sit around having some cold ones, they laugh it off but deep inside he knows it's true.

In 1935, Elizabeth Marie Stanley was born. Her father took an immediate liking to her, constantly saying how "she'll be doing great things." When Elizabeth's mother passed away, she went by the name Beth and started slowly realizing how full of shit her father was. Beth was always playing with hair, her Barbie's hair, her dogs hair, her brothers hair if he'd let her. As she neared her end of high school, her father pushed harder for her to do better in school and get into the college downtown.

It's 1953 and Beth is 18, aspiring to become a beautician in the wonderful world of cosmetics. Her friends were decent ones, nothing special if you got right down to it. They didn't push her to do better like her father so that made her feel better about things. They weren't rough or tough, they were just Marilyn and Betsy.

This will be a short story, 10 chapters long. I thought of this while watching a movie called Porky's, lol if you've seen it then thank God for you. If you haven't, don't worry, it's not based off the movie. It's also kind of like Grease, I took from that a bit, but again, it's NOT based off either movies!
