Chapter 10

Sky's P.O.V

I'm starting to miss Emily, she was my only friend in high school, we both dressed 'inappropriately' as some people would say, but they weren't any better. We were both judged because of our families, where we lived, and because most days we'd come to school with a hangover.

We always wagged school and broke the rules because we thought we had no future, that there was no point in learning. Even came to school high on occasions.

Yeah, we were messed up, but we were both brought up that way.

Everyone would bitch about us because we were 'popular', of course we didn't give a shit, but that was fun, it made us laugh.

Emily had a bad reputation with the boys, they got her drunk and used her, they always broke her delicate heart, I tried to not put myself in those situations but look at where I am now.

"Sky you always do this!" Once again Justin's frustrated voice interrupts my thoughts.

"WHAT JUSTIN!"

"YOU ALWAYS ZONE OUT!"

"I'm sorry." I sarcastically say, causing Justin to shout back.

"YEAH SURE YOU ARE!" He storms off.

"CALM DOWN WILL YOU!"

"NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU'RE A STUCK UP BITCH!"

"IT'S SO HARD TO LIVE WITH YOU!" Once I say something offensive he becomes furious. He walks over to me, until he's standing at a metre distance.

"I THOUGHT YOU WERE BEGINNING TO LIKE LIVING WITH ME! YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE ANYWHERE TO STAY BUT HERE! SO YOU BETTER SHUT THE FUCK UP!"

His harsh words stain my eyes with tears. As soon as he notices the pain he's caused, he walks off upstairs.

"YOU'RE A HEARTLESS CREEP! YOU HAVEN'T CHANGED" I scream and run outside to the backyard, crying my pathetic heart out.

I lay on the grass looking up at the night sky, my heavy crying comes to a stop.

A firm hand covers my mouth, pulling me up to stand on my feet, still maintaining his hand on my mouth. I fight back, trying to free myself from his grip.

I cry for Justin but he's somewhere inside.

He forcefully pulls a cloth over my mouth and nose, so all I'm able to breath in is the drug stained on the cloth.

I begin to feel drowsy and disorientated, demanding my eyes to close.
