Morning had set in, and for the first time in a while, Jodi was ecstatic to get going with her day. She woke up early, as usual, but she wasn't nearly as exhausted nor riddled with apathy to go on. Instead, she woke up with a smile. Not quite literally, but once she recalled the plan her peers made, that included her in the act, her lips curved upwards a little.

She prepared her belongings in her bag, and went straight to the dining room. While munching on her corn flakes, her mind wandered to how this day could be. She was joyous everytime the thought of the plan ran through her head, but the lingering fear of it crumbling down like everything else she had bothered her a little too much. She sure hoped that today was the day, that her lonely and ghostly reputation would cease to exist anymore.

After finishing her breakfast, she left a small note on the dining table, stating that she was gonna be out with her friends and would come home right before the curfew. Sometimes, though, Jodi had wild fantasies of staying out on the dim lighted street, or down the dark alley after the curfew. Then, as she pretended to let her guard down as a trap, her prey would fall in it. The prey in her story that is the predator in Georgie Denbrough's and Betty Ripsom's. Her self defence skill would come into use, as she quickly tackled the murderer down to the ground. But of course, she knew the odds were she would die instead.

She pedalled into the place of Eddie Kaspbrak's, who as she had heard, live with his controlling and dare she said, scary mother. She wondered how Eddie hadn't packed a punch right to her jaw, for the words flying around about Sonia Kaspbrak were the words that would spark Jodi's anger and strength.

Upon reaching the street, she lowered her speed and carefully examined each houses, tracking which one was Eddie's. Then, to make it even more obvious other than the pile of bikes on the front lawn of a house, she heard a familiar voice calling out her name, "Hey, hot stuff- shit, I mean, Kid! come here!" Richie exclaimed, muttering a curse word before correcting the nickname, then yelled back to her. He had his hands around his mouth to enhance the volume of his voice, as if his voice and tone weren't regularly haed enough

"Q-quiet, Ruh-Ruh-Richie," Bill hissed, lightly elbowing the trashmouth in the stomach. Richie let out a short whimper, hissing back to the other boy, "Bite me, Big Bill,"

Jodi snorted at the small sequence of silly bickering, and Richie's stupid attempt on nicknaming her. She dropped her bike next to the other two, waving at the boys and jumping up to the porch, "Heya," she remarked casually. The two boys looked at her, Bill smiling calmly and Richie raising his eyebrows.

"Really, no kiss for me? I thought you'd miss me," Richie smirked, earning an aggravated glare from Bill who was currently knocking on the door. "In your dream, Tozier," she scoffed, "I don't want your cooties."
