The next morning: 12 pm:
It was a long night and Sarah woke up the next morning to the smell of marijuana and the sound of "Californiacation" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. She walked outside into her kitchen to see her dad making a special dish that they like to "wifesaver" it's a casserole type dish with eggs, cheese, Canadian bacon, bread, and topped off with corn flakes.
"What's the special occasion pop?" She said.
"Sarah it's the first day of Hanukkah!" Said her mom Bert after taking a hit off of her fresh rolled doobie.
"Oh no how could I have forgotten! I guess I just have a lot on my mind I guess" Sarah said to her family.
Sarah grabbed a bottle of water and walked back into her room to get ready for the day since her boyfriend Bryan was coming over for the first day of Hanukkah. Sarah was very excited to hang out with him and for him to experience such an important day with her. Sarah was an agnostic but her mom was very religious and wanted her whole family to participate in the Jewish Holliday's and Sarah respected that. Sarah turned on her music playlist and once again "Africa" by toto turned on.
"Oh my gosh no" she said.
She immediately turned it off because she was not about to have flashbacks from the night before, the song "Hello Kitty" by Avril Lavigne turned on and she went crazy! She danced around her room until she forgot that she was supposed to be getting ready for her day. She danced until the end of the song and finally jumped back into reality and quickly got ready before her boyfriend got there. Sarah's father Steve brought her a steaming plate of "wifesaver." Sarah quickly gobbled up her meal because her boyfriend Bryan was on his way. A few minutes later, Bryan knocked on the door.
