Today I woke up to heartbreaking news. I checked my phone like any morning, I had notifications here and there and I went on Instagram to see that allkpop had posted something. It had a picture of SHINee's Jonghyun with the caption saying that had passed away. I didn't believe it since allkpop is full of shit and they make stuff up.

I clicked on the hashtag and I saw all these post. I still didn't believe it even after seeing that SM Entertainment had confirmed it, I still don't believe it. My heart broke in that moment and I cried. I was alone in my room crying my heart out due to loosing someone dear to our hearts.

I want every single one of you to know that you are not alone. If you need someone to talk to I'm here. Feel free to message me if you are feeling down or just message me saying you are okay that you are fine that you are being yourself. Behind a beautiful smile there's pain that not everyone sees. I know myself that I can't control my depression but I keep myself away from those demons that are just up to no good.

Mental health is not a joke, I wonder when the Korean Industry will get it straight through their skull that it's a serious problem and it will not just go away with a simple break.
