Hello, deen here. I'm still struggling to accept the recent news as I realize that more than 800k people day ever year due to suicide.
And I promise you, suicide is not the answer. It was never the answer.
(I tried my best to write about 'you' as unisex as I could, though I'm not sure if i succeeded hehe)
In the story, I portrayed someone who was happy in front of people but fighting their own demons. because they do exist. i cant say I've been through the same things but i could say i had a phase. a rough phase. they are torturous and i wish for no one to feel that way.
I also mentioned how people can help. Because we really can help, guys. This right here is a serious topic and it can never be taken lightly.
Just imagine waking up each day just to be the first one to hate yourself. To see yourself as unworthy.
It really is a struggle for many, and most people suffering from it don't survive it.
I also mentioned how 'I' started to feel the same symptoms as 'you' did after she passed away.
Suicide is never the answer to anything, I promise you. I believe that no one deserves death before finding out about themselves thoroughly.
The symptoms they 'I' feel proved that depression doesn't just go away, but instead, it passes on.
The story I wrote portrays a lot of ambiguous statements and you guys can see it however tou feel like it. I'm usually optimistic so i hope you are biased towards the nice thoughts.
It's also worth mentioning that i wrote about 'I' leaving 'you' because of other people. Guys, leaving true friends who never left you is drop down sick. Do you know how hard it is to find a decent friend nowadays? You can tell how nice 'you' was towards 'I' but still, she left for someone else that didn't even stay for more than a year.
being nice to someone doesnt cost anything, neither does respect and nice gestures. they all change someones perspective towards you and quite possibly towards life. it really helps them go through the day because you have absolutely no clue what they have to deal with in a day
So to prevent these from happening, these are some suicide hotlines I searched up. I didn't get all 193/195 countries but I got all i could.
if know someone that is going through a really hard life, please, just help them out. Don't leave them. The least you can do is befriend them, encourage them to live on.
give them the hotline they need. find your country and the number beside it should be the suicide hotline.
