Two minutes into the drive and I'm already regretting accepting Adams offer to pick me up. Truth is I was planning on getting a cab but then he said he would be with Ariella and I couldn't refuse.

But now I'm stuck in the back while watching Adam and Ariella sing like their on a world tour. I don't know what mad me cringe more, their horrible voices, or the fact that this was their song. They had a song.

A minute and thirty seconds later the song was finally over. "What do we need to buy again?" Ariella asked.

"I'm not sure I'll text the boys and call your mom and ask if there's anything she needs." Adam replied taking out his phone. I'll admit it hurt a little that he was comfortable enough with Ariella and her family to have their numbers.

I know it shouldn't hurt but it did. When me and Ariella were dating her family loved me, even her father and that man doesn't like anyone that isn't his blood. But now I'm sure they all hate me. I never knew if Ariella told them exactly why we broke up, but I suspect she didn't, because if she did I know I wouldn't be breathing right now.

"So Ariella what's been going on with you?" I asked trying to start a conversation with her.

She stilled for a moment "Not much just been helping dad with the business." I was about to ask another question but Ariella quickly turned up the music. Adam has his phone conected to the Bluetooth and was on spotify.
I smiled when I heard the song that came up next. It was our song. The song that played the first time we kissed. Cheesy, I know but I'm my defense we didn't plan on having a song but we were at a party and during the song I leaned in and kissed her.

Ariella was gripping the wheel tightly. She was breathing deeply. "Ari are you okay?" Adam asked looking carefully at her. 'Ari' when we were together everyone always called her Ari because 'Ariella was to formal' it always drove me crazy. I loved her name. I couldn't see how no one else saw the beauty in it.

"Y-yeah I just remembered something dad said to me." she said with her eyes glued to the road and her whole body tense.

"You sure this is like your favorite song, and you haven't sang a word." Adam said cautiously. I smiled, its still her favorite.

Ariella looked at Adam and smiled "Adam I'm fine. What do we need?" Adam seemed satisfied and began reading her a list. Ariella looked at me through the rear view mirror I smiled at her. She returned a small half hearted one.

An hour later we were pulling up to Ariella's house. It was still the same, the outside was anyways. There were a lot of cars parked in the huge driveway. We pulled up into the garage and walked in the kitchen were we heard a lot of voices.

As soon as we got in there all eyes were on us and I broke out into a huge smile as I saw all the boys walking towards me.

"Collin!" They all said. I was greeting them all when we heard a loud whistle. I turned to see Maria walking down the stairs. "Boys please don't scream in the-" she squinted her eyes at me and broke out into a smile and began to speed walk to me "-Collin!" she gave me a big hug.

"We missed you around here! How is Chicago? Probably not better then home right? Oh look at how talk and strong you are now. Ya comiste? Tienes hambre?" she rambled. I hugged her back.

"I missed you all too Maria. Chicago in nothing compared to being home. And actually I'm starving." Maria's eyes go wide. She looks to Ariella and glares.

"Mija why didn't you get your boy food?"

Ariella looks at her blankly "he's not 'my boy' mama." and with that she goes into the other room. Maria looks up at me "Not yet." she whispers at me and nudges my arm. I smile at her at least I know she wants us back together too.

"Come one Collin I'll make you something."

"Maria we're all hungry too." the boys whinned.

Maria gave them a bored look "You boys all know where the food is." she said shrugging and getting meat out of the fridge. I grinned knowing she was making my favorite. Carne Asada Tacos.

The boys all gasped "You'll make food for Collin and not us?!" Brandon said putting a hand to his heart in fake hurt. Maria rolls her eyes, "When you have been gone from home for months then I'll cook for you." All the boys had their hands together begging with puppy dog eyes. Maria sighed when she looked at them "Chase and Brandon go to the garden and bring me limes, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro then come inside, wash them and cut up everything. The rest of you go set up the chairs and tables the food will be done soon." The boys all nodded and got going on their job assignments. I followed Adam to the back to set up the tables.

A few hours later the party was starting to get more and more fun. More people showed up. I didn't know a lot of them. A lot of Ariella's family members were here and I was happy they all remembered me.

"Well, well, well if it isn't little Collin boy." I turned my head to see the man that I haven't seen in months.

"Mr. Gonzalez, hello how are you?" I asked holding out my hand to Nick.

He rolled his eyes. "Collin cut the bullshit. I've know you for so long and I've told you to never call me that, call me Nick." he nodded in the direction of the house and we began walking to the house. "I called your father but he didn't answer."

"Yeah dad's in Romania for the next three days but he'll be here next Wednesday." I said.

Nick smiled "Good, I miss that old pain in the ass." I laughed "Oh trust me he misses you too."

We were inside with everyone else as the dance had started "Why don't you go ask Ariella to dance?" Nick suggested. I gave him a knowing look. "I really don't think she'd want to dance with me Nick." he shrugged.

"You won't know if you just stand here doing nothing." and with that he walked away.

It didn't take long to find Ariella. She has changed into a black skinny jeans and a red tank top the hole outfit really complimented her whole body. She was dancing in her own world, moving her hips to the beat of the music. I smiled looking at her, she always did love to dance.

I was about to walk up to her when I saw the boy from earlier beat me to it.
