James Elliot Bourne do you take Georgina to be your wife? asked the vicar

I do. I replied.
I now pronounce you man and Wife! You may now kiss the bride!
It was the happiest day of my life I may not have my family , but I have James , Harry and my friends. I'm now married to James. Georgina Bourne is now my new official name I can't believe it! He's helped my through a lot these past years, And now we can start our own family of ourselves.
**1 year later**
I'm walking out the hospital with my beautiful twin girls Kira Jane and Emily Janet (Janet after my and Jane after my grandmother) We now have kids of our own and to bring them up as a family I'm ready to face the challenges of being a parent it's not going to be easy but me and James will do it together and get through it together.
