"The test is now over!" shouted our maths teacher. "Hand in your papers now."

I sighed, thankful that I could finally stop waiting. I had finished about 20 minutes earlier and had been waiting for the test to finish, bored out of my mind with nothing to do.

"Oh man I effed this up so bad," Tom groaned, from beside me, after he handed the paper to the teacher. Tom was one of my friends who still hung out with me. He always like to exaggerate about how terrible he did on a test or something when in reality, he actually did pretty well.

"Oh stop acting like that. You know you did alright. Stop dramatizing every test we do in class. I'm sure its not as bad as you make it out to be," I said to him, as I began to pack my bag and zip it up.

"No Amy. Like seriously, I definitely didn't do well on this test. The questions were so hard. I could barely answer them."

I rolled my eyes, picking up my bag and walking out of class. The bell rang signalling it was the start of lunch break. Tom and I walked over to the far side of the school, near where the car park was located. On the side of the car park inside of our school, was a  couple of benches. This was where our friend group always sat during breaks.

Or according to everyone else at school, my slut group.

Michael and Jaeyoung were already sitting on the bench, having a deep discussion about Michael's latest drama performance. Michael's family was currently Jaeyoung's host family while Jaeyoung was studying in New Zealand, and Michael and Jaeyoung had become fast friends.

"And then Jamie came on trying to do improv, and ended up taking his shirt off completely in front of the audience! He said it was for them to enjoy it more, but I could certainly see some mothers in the room that would have rather preferred it if he kept it on." He spoke exasperatedly to Jaeyoung. Michael was the drama kid of our group. Not like as in a drama queen that separates people in the group, but acting, improv and Shakespeare. He loved acting and always tried to include us in his roleplays. However, except for Jaeyoung, none of us were usually too keen to join in on acting.

Jaeyoung was listening interested in Michael's story. Jaeyoung was an international Student from South Korea and was basically my other Asian half. Jaeyoung, although from a different Asian country, always encouraged me to embrace my Japanese culture. We also talked about Asian culture today, particularly Korean Dramas.

"Please don't tell me he's talking about Drama again," said a deep voice from behind me. I turned around to find it was Daniel. Daniel was the crazy gingerhead of our group, always willing to take the risk and the first to jump at a dare and perform it.

"Oh don't be like that. You know he can't help it. He loves drama. You should know this by now since you've known him the longest." I said.

"Yeah come on Ramenhead. Sit down here with us." Jaeyoung said with a wide grin on his face.

Daniel glared at Jaeyoung as he went to sit down next to them. 'Ramenhead' was Jaeyoung's nickname for Daniel (and sometimes mine too). Jaeyoung said it was because Daniel's curly hair reminded him of ramen. Jaeyoung wanted to dye Daniel's hair blonde, saying it would mean that the name would fit him perfectly, but Daniel never consented.

"By your look on your face, I'm assuming that Jaeyoung is still using that nickname on you Daniel." Noah smoothly walked from the office to the right of the carpark. Noah moved to New Zealand from England about a couple of years ago. Like me, he was also one of the new kids at school. But unlike me, he was more lucky in how he was accepted into the school.
