30 seconds on the clock and we're down by 3 points it's 4th down. We are worried that we won't get this last touchdown! Wyatt the quarter back launches the ball to Luke, and he catches it and Luke past the first down marker, and gets blown up by #67 on the cougars. He was hurt bad our lead receiver is hurt! Our coach yells timeout from the sideline. We all huddle around him, he screams "this is our game! We need to do a fake to joe short pass to William, you hear me William catch the ball!" One two three cats we all yell!

We rush to the line I yell "down! Set! Hut!" Our linemen fire off the Line we fake to joe, and pass it to William that's wide in the end zone, he tips it in the air and joe ran passed William and caught the ball for a touchdawn!!! But that was 2 years ago and we haven't won a game since

The 6th graders hands went strait up with questions. One kid asked "why? Why haven't we won a game since?" I replied "we'll after that year the football couch died in a car accident. An no one knew where the play books were and we couldn't come up with brand new ones, because it was time consuming so we just run the easiest plays ever...like hand off to #22 or pass to #40 in the in zone." The kid replied "that's dumb no wonder we suck!" I just smiled and said bye to the 6th grade class.

When I got to my car the bell rung for school to let out. I was glad it was over, because it was one of the longest days of my teaching career. That's when a little boy walked up to me and taped my on the back a said "one year I am going to play football for you." I said "well good we would be happy to see you one day on the feild!" Then he walked away but then I realized I thought I knew him from somewhere. So I yelled "hey! Kid what's your name" he said "James." then I got in my car and drove away.
