This place...

Where he left me...

All the memories flashed through my head.

Those forgotten memories.

Those memories that I thought I would never remember again...

They were back in my head.

Suffocating me.

--

"Yah!! Can you stop ignoring me?" Jungkook groaned as we got out of the taxi.

"..."

"What's wrong with you? You were so loud and annoying just a minute ago -" He took a deep breath. "And now you are just silent like a mouse."

"..."

"Come on, aren't you going to come up with a good comeback?"

"..."

"Ugh, why am I even talking to you. Also -"

Jeon Jungkook.

I hate you.

"Yah! Are you listening?" He shouted in my ear.

I emotionlessly looked up and gave him a death glare, causing him to flinch.

"That park...That bench..." I mumbled. "Was where you left me. In the cold. Heartbroken. Lifeless."

I smiled weakly. "Ha ha... I had forgotten about this for ages...So Why...So Why do I have to remember them again, Jungkook? Why?" A drop of tear slowly ran down my cheek.

What the hell? Why am I crying...?

"Y-Y/N....I -"

"Never mind. I didn't mean to say that. I am just tired." I wiped off the liquid. "Let's go."

Jungkook nodded and silently followed me as I slowly walked down the sidewalk, tracing down my memories.

That cafe...

Where he confessed his love to me.

Right on that table.

I could feel my whole body shaking.

And that tree.

Where we had our first date.

Where we had our first picnic.

Where we shared our first kiss.

Where we -

"What the hell? Why am I thinking about this." I asked myself. "Do you know why, Jeon Jungkook?"

"Um...No."

"Exactly. If coconuts like you don't know something, then that means I should know it. But I don't. Isn't that weird? Also, I am confused if I am an avocado or a potato. Probably avocado."

"Phew, you are back to normal."

"I was normal all along." I snapped. "Anyways...Does my mom still live in the same house?"

Jungkook nodded.

"Great. I know the way then." I smiled.

I don't care if the memories return to me.

They won't affect me anymore.

They don't matter anymore.

"Well, at least that's what I believe." I mumbled.

--

"I remember this street." I whispered. "I tripped over a rock that looked like a potato and bumped my head. That's how I became a potato."

"Very interesting." Jungkook rolled his eyes.

"And I know how you became a coconut."

"How?"

"You went to the hairdresser and said 'My dream is to become a coconut!' so she put an upside-down bowl on your head and started cutting it. Right?" I smiled.

"Partly, but not exactly."

I shrugged and kept walking.

"I remember this house." I said. "It's very familiar."

"Um....Because it's your house?"

"Exactly. It's my house. And guess what."

"What."

"Coconuts are banned from entering my house."

"..."

"..."

"..."

"..."

"That was not funny." Jungkook said. "That was lame."

"That's what everyone says about my jokes, bro." I let out a loud, depressing sigh. "I am the only one who thinks it's funny. Also -"

Then I heard the gates opening.

Sighing, I turned around with a weak smile on my face.

"Hi Mom." I said.
