Heavenly.
That's how I felt at the moment.
Heavenly.
I don't know how exactly, but I could actually feel how light the room was. I could here the sea breeze and the ocean, and the small hum of the air conditioner somewhere in the room.
And that's when it hit me.
I opened my eyes to see a light grey room, that was very fancy looking.
And that's when I felt him.
I turned to see a shirtless Jackson lightly snoring, his hair tussled adorably around his face, his mouth slightly parted...... and his arms wrapped around me.
I blinked and for a moment just stared, before I looked some more around the bedroom to see:
This is a dream, it's all a dream. I bet y'all a hundred that I'm gonna wake up in my dorm room with Jade going off on her brother on the phone in Japanese, and I'm gonna be the same lonely girl who's life is consumed by studying for unnecessary tests and not starving or dying of thirst.
But as I tried to get up, Jackson tightened his grip on me, and exhaled deeply.
For a moment I stilled, and then tried again.
Please don't leave me. He breathed.
He sounded like he was still asleep and his face was slightly in a frown. He sounded sad, like he might be dreaming about a memory of something that happened in the past.
I laid back down, and he snuggled more into me.
I stayed like that for a little while, listening to his soft snoring, the wind and waves outside, and the air conditioner softly humming, while staring at the ocean view outside.
Jackson. I said softly.
No answer.
I turned over till we were face to face.
Jackson. I said louder, slightly shaking him.
He muttered something that I couldn't understand, slightly frowning, but not awake.
I chuckled.
Jackson, wake up. I said at a normal tone, shaking him harder.
He breathed deeply and slowly opened his eyes.
With the bright lighting, his eyes shined bright blue and green.
I pushed some of his hair out of his face.
Good morning sunshine. I said softly.
He smiled at me. Good morning beautiful. He replied with a sleepy voice.
Then he realized that he was cuddling me, blushed, and pulled away.
I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to invade your personal space. He said.
