RWBY Pyrrha x Male reader

Annihilation Part 2

You made it to the tower and rushed into the elevator. As you went up the tower you reloaded your rifle and tried to calm yourself as you thought about Pyrrha. The elevator finally reached the top and you rushed out of the doors to see Pyrrha locked in intense combat with a dark haired woman. You quickly brought your rifle up and aimed at the woman and fired off three shots in rapid succession. All of them hit her and were absorbed by her aura which surprised her and left her open as Pyrrha struck her in the side which sent her to the floor.
  "Y/n! What are you doing here?!" Pyrrha said.
  "I came to make sure you were alright." You replied. As you said that the dark haired woman shot a column of fire at you which you barely dodged, when you looked down you saw the right arm of your jacket had been slightly burnt.
  "Damn, I love this jacket." You said as you looked at the damage.
Then you and Pyrrha both charged the woman, you attacked first by trying to hit her with the butt of your rifle but she dodged and grabbed you and threw you at Pyrrha who slid under you and slashed at the woman's legs. Then both of you simultaneously attacked her at each of her sides, she focused on you which let Pyrrha smash into her with her shield she dodged your attack and struck you in your side which pushed you back.

   After a while you could see that everyone was tired, but the woman never let up in combat, you checked your jacket, you were running out of ammo fast.
  "Pyrrha how much ammo do you have?" You asked.
  "Not much is left." She replied.
Suddenly the woman pulled out a bow and loaded three arrows and shot them at you, you braced with your aura and deflected them.
  You counter attacked by firing four rounds which she dodged. Then you had an idea.
  "Pyrrha, is your locker still able to be activated?" You asked as you swung your axe at the woman.
  "Yes, why do you ask?" She replied as she blocked an arrow.
  "When I say so call it down on her." You quickly said as you rushed up to her and started attacking. The woman drew a sword and started countering all of your attacks.
  "NOW!" You yelled as you kept up your series of strikes. Then a few seconds later the locker shot into the floor of the tower which forced the both of you to lunge backwards as the locker now stood where the two of you just were. In the confusion you got behind the woman and loaded a single round into your rifle.
  "Surprise!" You yelled as she turned around as you jumped up and fired.
Instantly the woman was forced onto the floor as you shot upward. Then you ejected the gravity dust shell and reloaded as you fell downward.
  Just as you came back down the woman stabbed at you but you blocked it with the last of your aura.
  You hit the ground hard and tried to stand as your aura flickered and died out. Then the woman approached you as you tried to aim your rifle. Before you could pull the trigger she grabbed it and turned it on you... and fired.
  You were frozen in place as you felt a pain in your gut, the woman threw your rifle back at you which you caught and turned into your axe as you hopelessly attacked again. She easily caught the weapon and ripped it from your hands. As she held it you saw the metal heat up and melt into pieces. Soon she was only holding a piece of the handle with one end still being red hot.

  Slowly she walked over to you and pushed you to the floor, you were only able to get up to your knees before she grabbed you and slammed the hot metal through your right shoulder. You screamed out in horrible pain as she threw you back to Pyrrha. "Y/n!" She called out as she picked you up.
  "No, no put me down, I'll be okay, just go give her hell." You said.
  Then Pyrrha slowly laid you on your side as she returned her focus to the woman.
You could barely see them fight through your darkening vision but you concentrated as much as you could.
  As the fight progressed Pyrrha was slowly starting to lose, eventually Pyrrha ran back to gain some distance but an arrow clipped her heel and brought her to the floor. Then you saw the woman draw one more arrow, as she did this you mustered all the strength you could and brought yourself to a wobbling stand then as she drew the bow string back you lunged toward Pyrrha and slammed into her as she let go. Pyrrha tumbled to the left as the arrow intended for her struck you in the right side of the chest.
Once again you felt an excruciating burning pain as you heard Pyrrha call out your name.

- Pyrrha POV -
  "Y/N!!!" You shouted as you looked at him lying on the floor now with an arrow in his chest. Tears flowed violently from your eyes as you slowly turned your gaze to the woman who was just standing there. Instantly rage started to fill up your chest and you noticed the head of Y/n's axe on the floor. You quickly used your polarity to bring it towards you and you grabbed it by the small part of the handle it still had. Then you charged the woman and attacked with all of your strength and rage while abandoning all form and going into a berserker like madness.
  Your attacks startled the woman as she was barely able to defend your relentless strikes . As you slowly pushed the woman to the edge of the tower she surprised you by throwing a cloud of dust into your face, it clouded your vision and you had to turn away so you didn't inhale it, when it settled and you turned around she was gone. Then you ran back to Y/n. As you picked him up and held him he jerked into consciousness.
  "Ah- what happened, I think I passed out." He said.
  "Don't worry she's gone, we need to get you somewhere safe." You said as you started to move him.
"Ah- stop, *cough, cough* Pyrrha, put me down." He said as he coughed up a small amount of blood.
"But if we stay here you'll die." You said.
"Try the elevator, if that doesn't work then I'm screwed." He said. You ran over to the elevator and pressed the button, surprisingly it worked. You ran over to Y/n and dragged him in and held him as it descended.
"How are your wounds?" You asked.
"Well the axe handle and arrow cauterized themselves since they were heated. " He replied.
"Hey Pyrrha... I guess you could say that... I'm hot stuff." He said with a light chuckle.
"That's not funny." You said while staring to cry again.
   After you got out of the elevator you slowly dragged Y/n to the airship docks where you saw the rest of your friends. Their first look at you was one of joy, but it soon turned to confusion as they saw what you were doing.
  "Pyrrha, what are you doing?" Jaune asked.
  "I- is that Y/n?" Ruby asked.
"Hey guys." Y/n said before coughing up some more blood.
"Y/n, what happened to you?" Ruby asked.
"I kinda lost a fight." He replied.
   "Can someone take my jacket off?" He asked. You quickly and gently took it off and handed it to him. He hastily folded it up and forcefully pressed it against his gunshot wound.
"Gah- that hurts, but it'll hopefully slow down the bleeding." He said as he winced in pain.
"Jaune help him hold it down." You said. Jaune quickly ran over and pressed his hands on the jacket.
"Thanks. Pyrrha... if I don't make it I just want to tell you one more time that, I love you." Y/n said as he slowly lost consciousness.
" I love you too, I love you too..." You continued to say as you cried while holding Y/n.

Second, I am going to continue this with a second book.
