Silently fuming, I stomped out of his office and down the stairs.
Fuck him the fucking prick
"Nate, get your ass back here right now," his voice bellowed down the steps. I rolled my eyes and flipped him the finger. I snatched my keys off the table, hearing his thundering footsteps, I walked a little faster.
Not fucking fast enough.
"What have I told you about cursing and walking away from me?" He growled at me angrily as my back was slammed into the wall. It didn't hurt and it didn't scare me, yet my heart rate accelerated.
"What have I told you about ignoring me?" I growled back.
He threw back his head and his loud laughter bounced off the walls. My scowl slowly softened until all I could manage was an eye roll.
"Oh honey, you don't make the rules around here."

Similar to the warning on TLC, this book is NOT going to feature a strong lead character(Nate). The books I wrote mainly have a very controlling and possessive main character (Dimitri) and a very submissive main character (Nate). I don't know how the story is going to end but I can't imagine I'll end it with the dynamic changing too much but you never know!
Anyways, I just wanted to give a warning as I know it's not everyone's cup of tea :) In addition to that, the relationships I write can be very toxic and I write with the knowledge that both people in the relationship are willing participants and like the way the relationship is (one having full control, the other not). I wouldn't necessarily count it as a BDSM relationship as that's not the route I want the book to be.
The book will most likely be a dark romance.
