"No, we can't let them go to school it's to dangerous said Ruby while ironicly packing the girls' lunches. "Come on he doesn't know who the girls are or what they look like so we should be fine" Kevin replied. Ruby picked up a knife, put it to his face and said "Don't you dare underestimate him you don't know what he's capable of." Last night had been a horrible night for Kevin it was a long and lonely night....on the couch. "Ruby put the knife down" Kevin pleaded. Ruby looked at her hand as if just realizing there had been a knife in it. "Are you sure your okay you seem a little out of it" Kevin asked scared to death "Oh yes I'm perfectly fine" Ruby said sarcasticly "Why would i be acting strange when a hatchet came through the window". Just then Kalel and Willow came walking out of their room wearing clothes they normally wear to school. "Are you sure about this Kevin?" asked Ruby "I'm positive" he replied "Everything is going to be okay".
"Alright girls grab your backpacks and lunches the bus is going to be here any minute" said Ruby with a hint of regret. Kalel and Willow both said goodbye to their parents and walked out the door Ruby followed after them as the bus pulled up and the girls walked on without a care in the world. All she kept thinking was "This might be the last time i will ever see them"
