"He should be here right about....now."I said."No.No.No.No.Out of gas.How can I be out of gas?"said lightning."Boy,we ain't dumb as you think."said Sheriff.Sally was here too."But.But.How did you know?"he said."We siphoned your gas while you were passed out."said Sally.Lets see if Lightning likes the sun in his eye."Ka-Chow."I said."Ow.Ow.Ow.Ow.Ow"he said.He had an angry face.I giggled.Causing him to blush.
*1 hour later*
"I'm done.Look I'm finished.Say thanks and I'll be on my way.That's all you got to say."said Lightning.I looked back of him to see it worst then before.Mater was on the road.It was bumpy."It looks awful."I said."Well it matchs the rest of the town."he said.Sally gasped.Red was crying."Red."said Sally.He drove away and knocked down the tires.Thats it!"Who do you think you are?"I said in an angry tone."Look Doc said when I finished I can go.That's the deal."he said.He lifted one of his tries and put his tire down on the floor hard."The deal was to fix the road.Not making it worse.Now scrape it off!Start over again."said Doc."Hey.Look grandpa.I'm not a bulldozer.I'm a race car."said Lightning."Is that so?Then why don't you have a race with the fastest car (Y/n)?Just you and her."said Doc.Lightning laughed."Me and her.It's a joke right?"said Lightning."If you win you go and (Y/n) fixes the road.If she wins you do the road my way."said Doc.I don't mind fixing the road."Doc what are you doing?"said Sheriff."Not to be rude here but she can't even run a race."said Lightning.Ok caln down."Be careful what you say."said Doc.

What am I thinking?!?Making (Y/n) to fix the road.I should of said no.But I can see if she's still fast.The sheriff explained the race and the rules."Start your engine."said Sheriff.

Lightning started his.I did the same."Luigi."said Sheriff and moved out of the track."On your mark.get set......go!"said Luigi.I drove with Lightning at the same speed.We were going 100 mph.I stepped it up to 130 mph.I was now ahead.Here comes the turn.I did the trick the doc showed me.Yes!I slowed down.I turned to see Lighting.He thought he would make it but he failed."Ow.Ow!Ow!Ow!Ow!No.No.no."he said.I looked to see he dumped into the cactus."Ow!"he said.We tried to reverse but failed.Doc and Mater came."Have fun fishing Mater."said Doc and left."Ah!"said Lightning after Mater used his hook to grab him."Thank you Mater.Thank you."said Lightning.
*2 hour later*
Lightning was scraping the road he made.He was complaining a bit.
*At night*
Lightning was fixing the road no body was watching.They must trust him.There's just light so he can see.I want to help but I don't want to get caught maybe next time.
*Next day*
Lightning was racing against me while turning to make the turn but he keeps on bumping in to me."Look out!"he said.I looked to see him about to dump into me."Ahh!"I said.Too late he dumped in to me causing me to turn over but I landed on my tires.I don't have dumps or scars.Which is good.He tried it once more but he accidentally went right instead of left."Ow!"he said.I walked to see him stuck.I looked to see the cactus next to me is falling on Lightning."OWWWWW!!!"he yelled in pain."I'll get Mater."I said driving off."Wait your not going to leave me here babe are you?"said Lightning."Your not alone.You have the cactus with you also don't call me that."I said.
