why training ?

While I was getting ready and picking out my outfit for the party I heard a knock on the door." Who is it?" I asked." Shade. You know we have training." He said then I groaned." I don't want to go." I yelled." If you come you can sparr with me." He said. Instantly I knew I had to go because I knew that I would get to show him off." Game on lover boy" I said." Yeah yeah. Don't get to cocky I'll beat you since I'm alpha."  He said." Wanna bet." I said annoyed at the fact he thinks he can beat me." Sure"  he said.

I put on my black sports bra and sports pants with my nikes( picture above). I walked out of my room and made my way to the training field. Once I got there I looked around and it was only me, Jake and shade." Hey guys." I said and Jake waved at me." Ready to be beaten by the master." Shade said" ha! You wish" I said in a cocky voice." Did you guys make a bet?" Jake questioned." Yup." I said." And if he looses he dose what ever I tell him to for a week." I said." Okay how about whoever wins can make the other person do whatever they want for three days" shade said holding his hand out for me to shake it." Deal." I said shaking his hand.

Then after we shaked hands a group of people swarmed onto the field and sat down to stretch. I did the same amd talked to Jake about how he was doing and everything. He also warned me that some of my other supernatural powers might come out.

After a few minutes of streching shade stood up and began to talk." Ok guys we're going to start off by doing ten laps and guards you can do fifteen laps." He yelled." Childsplay." I mumbled." Well midnight you can do twenty." Shade said a little annoyed that I was being disrespectful." Okay" I said cheerfully.

We got on the tracks and then shade counted us down.

When he signaled us to run. We all ran as fast as we could. Me being me, pushed myself to go fast. I counted the times I passed and seemed like I was going really fast. When I finished I jogged to the side a saw that everyone was still doing laps. I looked at shade and his mouth almost dropped to his feet." Whats wrong" I asked." You did twenty laps in under ten minutes. ON A ONE KM TRACK!" He said amazed." Cool what lap are they on?" I asked playing it cool." Fifth. Guards tenth." He said. Wow I'm fast must be because of powers." K I'm going to see if I can hold my plank long enough until they finish." I said while getting on the ground and into plank. Shade put a timer on and put it in front of me." Have fun" he said focusing on the others again. After thirty minutes a few people finished and I still haven't broke a sweat." How long has she been doing that" Someone said and the people made a circle around me." I've been doing it for thirty five minutes now." I said in a normal voice. The circle kept on expanding until I was pretty sure everyone was there. By now it has been an hour." Ok midnight everyone's off the track you can get up." He said. I got up and gave him his phone."ok guys while we're in a circle can you sit down so we all can sparr." He said. So thats what we did for an hour everyone grabbed a partner and sparred in the middle of the circle individually. When it finished shade told everyone that training is over but they can stay if they wanted to watch us sparr. Most of them stayed but we them get out of there circle form cause we need space. All was going smoothly until he said......." you fight good .... for a girl." Thats when I lost it I felt my eyes change a different colour but it wasn't black it was red with black slits.

From there didn't  go pretty. Lets just say I attaked him and nearly ripping out his neck if it wasn't for Jake who pulled me away." Midnight sit" he said." No I don't take orders from you." I scoffed.
" midnight I'm serious you nearly killed the alpha." He yelled. Then I realised what I just did and my eyes change colour again this time to white. Then I ran off Jake yelling after me. What have I done?
