Wanna know why?

I draw with it. I always loved sketching because it made my happy place, and I always draw in the notebook Jonghyun Hyung gave me.

"Promise me that whenever you're down, you draw." He knew that I used to cut myself. But I did it differently. I actually drew out my feelings on my skin. Most of them cured and are only scars that don't look that bad.

When he found me trying to bleed out my sides, he snatched the knife out of my hand and literally broke it in half.

He was extremely desolated that I felt disappointed in myself when I saw his face. So when he gave me the sketch book I promised him that I will sketch my feelings out.

"Kook you have a purpose. You make amazing line work, but don't do it on your skin! Draw it out. You have a pathway to the future you just need to take it!"

I bit my lip at the memory and looked out my window up at the sky.

"I'll always keep my promise, Hyung" I Said as I slowly made my way to the dirty old mattress I sleep on.

I took out the sketch book and colored pencils and began drawing while humming "Purpose" by Justin Bieber.

Every sketch I make has a meaning. This one defines escape. I want to escape the demon that has taken over my mind and replace it with exuberance.

I got up and put the stuff up before going in the bathroom and letting the warm water ride down my skin. I grabbed my strawberry scented shampoo+conditioner and let my mind drift.

"Should I find a job? I mean, my parents don't have one and we need to pay the house. But what makes the fastest money?" I thought.

I rinsed the hair wash out of my hair, put my vanilla scented body wash scrubbing over the necklace Hyung gave me on my birthday.
