"Amy, please just open the door, I don't understand what I've done wrong"
"Sheldon? What are you doing?"
Sheldon turned around and looked at Penny as she came out the apartment behind him.
"Amy's locked me out".
"What did you say to her this time?"
Sheldon sighed, "it's not my fault she took it the wrong way".
"Sheldon...what did you say?"
"She was feeling really self conscious, you know, pregnancy hormones and stuff, and she asked me if I thought she was attractive?"
Penny nodded, "and you said...?"
"I said I fell in love with her because of her mind and her personality, and she already knew that, I don't get why she's taken it the wrong way all of a sudden"
"Well you said it yourself, pregnancy hormones, all you can do is apologise, good luck sweetie". She turned and went back into her and Leonard's apartment.
Sheldon turned back around to the door and knocked on it again, "Amy please, I'm really sorry, of course I think you're attractive, what I meant was, your mind and your personality mean more to me than your looks, but at the end of the day you're my wife and I love you, just please open the door"
A few seconds later Amy opened the door and looked at him, "I'm sorry I locked you out, being pregnant is making me do stupid things, but I love you too".
Sheldon smiled slightly and hugged her, Amy hugging him back, neither of them letting go for a minute or two.
