Chasing Butterflies

First Day

Penelope's pov

4:50am

"ELLA!! I yell as I chase her down the hallway. I have to leave in a little while to get to work. I can't afford to be late

I forgot how fast she is for her age. I accidentally woke her up while getting ready for work. She doesn't want me to leave so she took all of her clothes off and is running naked! She refuses to put her clothes on and now I'm chasing her around the apartment to get her clothes back on. I'm so tired, I woke up early and now I'm chasing her throughout the house. I'm going to need some coffee

"Ella c-come on! I need to get dressed t-too!" I pant as I run to her room to see her standing on her bed pointing at me

"No way! I don't want you to leave!" She laughed as she threw a pillow at me. "I want you to stay with me and watch movies!"

I fell on the ground and closed my eyes. Breath in. Breath out. I opened my eyes to see Lacy above me smiling. "What the hell!" I cry as she moves from above me as I get up. "You shouldn't be here Lacy! Did your dad drop you off?!"

"Oh course Penelope. I wanted to come early just in case you needed help and well, you need help this morning" She laughed. "Now go get dressed. I'll take care of her"

Lacy has light pale skin (or Korean like skin), brown Korean small eyes, and straight black hair that stops in the middle of her back. She's only 16 and I'm good friends with her father so she's now babysitting for me. She does online school so there's no problem. She was wearing her champion grey sweatshirt, some black leggings with black vans sneakers and her hair was in a messy bun. She had her Pastel purple Fjallraven backpack with all of her things for the day. "Don't forget to smile!" Lacy laughed as I frowned at her.

"Ok, ok" I said as I walked to my room, closing my door to get dressed.

I looked for my black circle skirt which stopped at my knees, my white long sleeve shirt which I have to button up with my collar was a Peter Pan. I had to put lotion on so that I won't be ashy which is a pet peeve of mine. I put my black tights on then my skirt on. I looked at myself in the mirror and frowned a little. I put my shirt on then button it up and tucked it in my skirt. I put my hair in a messy bun with all my curls hanging everywhere and I hate it. I took my braids out last night because it was time to take them out. My hair stopped in the middle of my back, it's my real hair

"Hey Penelope, you ready to go!?" Lacy yelled from Ella's room and I replied to her, "Y-yeah!" I grabbed my purse. I put my black flats on and walked out my room to the living room

"Ohhhh~ someone's looking sexy!" Lacy teased and I turned my head away from her. I looked at Ella to see her wearing her pajamas and socks ok

"Hey I'm going to take my mom's later on in the day. Is that ok?" She asked  and I nodded "well, head to work Penelope. And good luck!"

Andrew's POV

5:18am

I was getting dressed when someone knocked on my door and I'm pretty sure I know who it is. "Who is it?" I ask as I buttoned up my black collar shirt.

"It's me silly! Heather!" Of course.....my sister. She opened the door with a smile like always.

"So you had dinner with her last night? You do know she has a boyfriend right?" she teased and I slightly blushed.

"Of course I do. And how did you know that I had dinner with her?" I ask while looking at her. "I didn't tell you and I'm sure she wouldn't have either"
