Archy popped his head over the surface of the water.
It was exactly 3:00pm
At this specific time, George and Mikki crossed the path near the shallow river.
Archy loved watching the too lovebirds going about their normal business. He often imagined himself in one of their shoes.
Little did the merman know, but, George and Mikki were onto him.
As the cat man and his ghost boyfriend passed hand in hand on the dirt pathway, Archy watched them with a close eye
He found himself zoning out.
He could see himself with someone else, a male merman anthro,
They swam around together. No one around to judge and no parents to yell at Archy. It was peaceful.
"Hello?"
Archy's eyes shot open to see George and Mikki staring directly at him.
Archy just sat there, not knowing what on earth to do.
"Are you ok? Do you need something?" Asked George.
"N-No... I just,,, sort of- uhh" Archy mumbles as his unusual stutter returned.
"Yes or no?!" Yelled Mikki, getting impatient.
Archy got scared by the sudden shouting; he hid his face with his arms and whimpered "you guys are cute together, ok?!"
George blinked a few times before he started chucking. Mikki joined in on the laugh.
Archy stared blankly at the two.
"Th- *laugh* Thank you" replied George between pants and giggles
