The Invasion Began At Midnight

12:00: Bedroom

The invasion began at midnight. It lasted for six hours. My mom and dad were on vacation and left me at home. It started in my bedroom I had gone it bed at ten and I was woken up to the sound of stomping I looked up and right as I did my bedroom door burst open. I grabbed my phone and threw the covers over me. I texted my mom and said “Someone's in the house! Help me! What do I do?!”  She replied, “Oh my god, call the cops and me and your dad will be home in two hours”  then I took a peek out of my covers and saw a brown bear, I lay in my bed for a hour and he roamed around and then left at one. I decide to get up.

1:00: Hallway

I look out my bedroom door and see the bear leave. I head out of my bedroom. Our house has a huge hallway. So I start heading down it. When I start heading down the hallway I see a giant blue bunny. He sees me and starts to run at me luckily I am a fast runner and I get away in time. This continues for another hour and then at 2:00 I finally make my way downstairs.

2:00: Living Room

When I get to the living room I sit down on the couch and try to think. Okay recap so far I have seen a giant brown bear in my bedroom and a giant  blue bunny in the hallway. All the sudden the TV turns on and what's on it is like a camera system, then my phone rings, it says “Unknown number” should I answer it? “Hello?” I say. “Hello, Andy I'm here to help you I meant to call sooner, but whatever. Okay so where are you?” Says the caller. “My living room” I say. “Okay so you have survived your bedroom and the hallway. But you still have the kitchen, the attic and the basement. I will help you with all of it. Please don't say you told your parents and asked them to come home” says the caller. “Yes, I did, why?” I ask.  “That was not a good idea, you need to tell them not to come, or they will die” says the caller. “Okay” I say. Then I text my mom. “Hey, my bad there was no one in the house go back to your hotel” I send my mom. “To late sweetie, we are almost there so we will just come home, see you soon” replies my mom. “So what did she say?” Asks the caller. “She is still coming home” I answer. “Well there's nothing you can do” says the caller. “What do you mean 'Nothing you can do’?” I ask. “Just as I said, nothing you can do” answers the caller. “You know what goodbye” I say. “Wait I…” then I hang up. It's two-thirty. All the sudden the front door bursts open and a giant yellow chicken comes in. I hide in the living room closet. Thirty minutes later she opens the closet and kills me. I wake up and she's gone. I must have been asleep and dreamed she killed me. I get up and head to the kitchen.

3:00: Kitchen

When I get to the kitchen, things seem off. Then suddenly a red fox bursts into the room and I duck under the table. Then my phone vibrates, thank god when I go to bed I put my phone on vibrate. I pick it up. It’s the caller. “Hello?” I whisper. “You don’t have to whisper he’s deaf, he can not hear you, although he can feel your movements so you need to listen to me carefully” He says. “Okay” I say. “Now get up slowly and grab a knife” He says. I get very slowly and grab the knife on the counter. “Now approach him and stab him” He says. I go to the fox and I stab him right in the head and sprint upstairs to the attic.

4:00: Attic

When I got to the attic I heard the front door open downstairs. “Andy?” yelled my mom downstairs. But then I heard a animatronic scream, then I heard my mom scream, and then my dad. My phone started vibrating and I answered it. “Hello” my voice was fresh with sobs. “Andy you have to be strong. You still have two hours before they leave, now I want you to know you are not alone in the attic. You are in the room with a golden bear. He is deaf and blind. But he can still feel your movements. So be extra carefully. Now you need to grab the key to your basement” he said. “Why my basement?” I asked. “You need to get to the basement to where you can finish this and make it out alive” he said. “Okay, but where is the key?” I ask. “You’re not going to like this. The key is on his tie.  Good luck” he said. Slowly I headed toward the golden bear. I had to inch the key off his tie. When I got the key I headed straight for the door. But then the golden bear grabbed my leg and started to pull me away from the door but I kicked him with my free foot and he let go. I went out the door and headed back downstairs.

5:00: Basement

As I go downstairs, I saw the bodies of my mom and dad. I rushed down to the basement. I unlocked the door and went down to the basement. My phone started vibrating “Now you are in the basement,, they are all down here, you have to use the flashlight on your phone to fend them off till six. Good luck” he said. I used the flashlight to fend of the animals and did this for a hour and at six the house went quiet. Then I smelled smoke. My house is on fire! My phone started ringing again. “I’m sorry” was all he said, then he hung up. The flames came down to the basement. I don’t know what to do. I’m done for! Then the flames cover me.

The invasion began at midnight. It lasted for six hours.
