In 2005, Scott and Tanya Long started the faith-based non-profit organization, Mission E4. The couple had just returned from a full-time mission in Haiti, where they spent four years helping citizens of the country, overseeing the operations of nineteen elementary schools, a high school, eighteen churches, and a medical clinic. Today, the group has started five elementary schools, a high school, a trade school, and has built two medical clinics and two orphanages.
