E4 Stories

Mission E4 has been helping needy people all over the world since 2005, when it was founded by missionaries Scott and Tanya Long. They formed DELTA Force, a youth program, that same year, and folded its operations into Mission E4. They say that the Lord gave them a core message to share with their short-term teams, which is that God calls on all Christians to be missionaries, whether in a foreign land or in their own back yards.

Three years prior to this story, Victoria 'Tori' Bell moves in with her strange and unusual uncle Jim, in order to be closer to her Job. Tori soon met the Goodman's, the nice Jewish family that live a few doors down from her and her uncle, that are quite often visited by Jim, for some weird reason of another. Johnny quickly fell for the girl, she was not what would be expected from Jim's family, but Tori was, in some sense of the word, normal.

Scott and Tanya Long say that they have led numerous short-term missionaries through their work with Mission E4. One of the things that they have learned is that many people are willing to drop denominational boundaries in missionary work, to focus on two core elements: sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and helping those in need. Mission E4 has been involved in relief work all around the world, with a special focus on Haiti.
