Life is filled with curveballs and is a damn rollercoaster.
One day you could feel on top of the world and unstoppable.
However, the next day you could feel the pure hopelessness wash over you.
But it doesn't stop there.
The next day could offer new opportunities and introductions to new people.
People who could potentially become your lifelong friends or fade into nothing more than a fleeting memory.
Perhaps, one of those people might become the love of your life— the one you'd give your life for.
Maybe the two of you would embark on the journey of a lifetime and envision what a future with each other would look like.
You wouldn't even know it was all a facade and that sometimes happily ever afters never come.
You would never think something that starts off so beautiful could turn so ugly.
That sometimes you last words could morph into nothing short of regret.
All I know is it was never meant to end this way.
