Gaster appeared on the surface, he looked normal and happy. Walking through the streets he smiled happily, The Monsters grew silent. Seeing their long lost late prince return, it filled up their hearts. Gaster smiled, the Monsters surrounded him cheering. Obviously not knowing he was the reason both rulers of Monster kind died. Setting the crown on his small head, the Monsters carried Gaster to the castle. Cheering that now everything would return to normal, but deep within Gaster smiled not for happiness but for power. Monsters finally left, leaving Gaster alone in the castle. He looked out the large window, seeing the city he now ruled. Humans... Monsters... Were under his control. The portal behind him opened, Chara fell through. Injuries up and down her body, she couldn't move because it hurt so much. Gaster turned to her, walking up to Chara he smiled great fully. "You helped me alot Chara, I could repay you by having you live here with me... You won't be able to see the sun, move, or even see anybody but me... Doesn't that remind you of someone... Living the same life over and over watching your friends die as somebody you once trusted kill them?" Gaster circled around Chara, having his sleeve behind his back. "Doesn't sound nice huh? That was me... Watching you kill my friends and family over and over just because you could, cause nobody would suspect it was you! I want fun too, I wanted to see what the big deal was... Now I see... Now I understand if you can kill people, it'll give you more power... Look at me! I'm king of Monster AND Humankind! I had the ultimate power that you could never reach, because you always reset" Gaster chuckled, stopping in front of Chara. "Your missing it alot, it really is fun... You could join me, rule with me and maybe I'll forgive you..." Chara raised her head up, looking at Gaster she struggled to say anything. "I would never join you... I used to be a Monster trust me I know! I would kill because I myself was possessed with HATE, Because I was scared and alone like you! But I met Frisk, I met you and everybody else, I changed because you showed me how! I loved being with you Gaster, you were my best friend!"

"Best friend? A best friend doesn't kill or trick a best friend, I can't even believe you... That's why I'll hide you from others, you'll be locked up in the castle basement... Rotting away and wishing you could reset, but the surface has no save file Chara... Hehehehe you can't reset" Gaster nodded, Chara was dragged across the floor by the castle guards. She was thrown down the basement, chains keeping her from moving. Chara whimpered, she caused this... She caused this happen, she did had many opportunities to save Gaster or even help him but she didn't... She can't now...

MEANWHILE

Gaster looked in the mirror in Sans bedroom, his reflection showed a different creature. He laughed and laughed insanely, looking at himself. "She is so stupid, I have everyone right where I want them to be... If Doctor Asriel can finish the barrier, I can trap everybody in this miserable town... I can kill them all at once, and nobody will stop me..."...

"There's a new demon in town Chara, and her name is Bête Noire"

Oh my god I'm so happy!!! I don't even know why... By the way RizuHime here, and Glitchtale belongs to Camilia (I forgot her last name sorry!) You don't know how long I had to wait in order to reveal Betty into the story, I am a very impatient person so... I was so happy, I was honestly making this up as I went on.
