Xander Killian ( Leader of The Demons) is trying to convinced the government to frame Hiro pose him as criminal for theft.
Xander Killian: Quan Daggers, I'm telling you, That smart allic boy has got the Alpha chip, He stole the N.I.K.E (Nano Ion Kinetic Energy) chip.
Daggers: He's a child, You fool, We can't arrest a child and Come on, Mr. Hamada is the smartest kid in San Fransokyo.
Alister Krei walks in and tries to convince the government that Hiro is not a criminal.
Krei: He was trying to protect something of mine, something that I lost.
Xander: But, He refuse to give it up......I gave him a chance! He's smart, But rebellion!
Krei: You tried to kill him and his friends!
Xander: I knew that his friends talk him out it, He wouldn't give it to me.
Daggers: Not only you lost your chip Krei, But there's a threat called The Demons causing
crime through the streets.
Krei: The Demons are least of our problems, What matters now, We have to get that chip back.
Xander: Daggers, Please He's a criminal, He needs to be locked up, Hiro Hamada needs time to get his mind right.
Daggers: Boys, As of now, Hiro Hamada.......Most Wanted Fugitive.
