Pinkie and Rainbow celebrate the day they first met/became friends. So either on the day "Griffion the brush off" takes place or the day they met, whatever day that is.:
Synopsis (sort of): Pinkie surprises Dash somewhere near the first few minutes of the episode (with a party, something other than Pie as soon as she wakes up in the morning, etc.) and Dash realizes all the things Pinkie does for everyone and she always works so hard (the party cave is mentioned somewhere or is involved which is part of why Dash realizes this) and wants to surprise her with something she'll never forget to celebrate this special occasion.
Pinkie and Dash Hearth's Warming Day episode:
Synopsis (sort of, this is kind of more brainstorming if anything): Pinkie goes to spend Hearth's Warming Day (or eve, or you know, both) with Rainbow Dash at her house and they have a sleepover (I have always wanted a sleepover episode, and I mean a full on sleepover, where a big focus of the episode is the sleepover, not just a little scene like in the movie, though that was nice I know we had "look before you sleep" but I need to juicy stuff you know what I mean. A really immature fun sleepover). The episode starts with or includes Dashie reading Pinkie some Daring Do stories.
What the others are doing: Rarity is spending Hearth's Warming with SweetieBelle and her parents (since it would be a good time to bring them back, even if they're only mentioned). AppleJack does some family stuff idfk, Fluttershy sees her parents and brother again cause why not, and Twilight is spending the time with Spike and now Starlight like she did in "Hearthbreakers" or with Trixie (ugh this one is so unoriginal, but it works I suppose).
Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie go to the Spa (I know sounds like a simple episode, but I want an episode that involves them hanging out at the Spa lol).
