His mom's car pulled up so she could pick him up and she knew this was the last time, so she waved. She waved goodbye everything she had and turned around and instead of sitting on the grass like usual, she sat on the bench at the top of the hill where she had met him. Where it all began and she sat there till morning.
She knew why he was moving away even if he never had actually told her. And although she knew it was a lie why he was moving, she still had arguments with herself about it.
What if that other girl broke his heart?
He'd regret moving for sure. Eitherway, she decided not to say anything about it. The only thing she said to him was; 'never leave stray notes to lay about. You'd loose stupidly important information' and all he did was laugh slightly. She and him weren't alike but thats why they were so close. Both teens were opposite sides of the social spectrum, him being apart of all the greatest things in life while she was the one who sat back and watched from the shadows.
As she sat at the top of the hill, watching as many, many comets flew past, she made many, many wishes. She wished that maybe, she'd see him again one day. She wondered if he'd look different, as time changes many things and people always change themselves. After all, she changed for him. She gave up her heart, anyway. She was just awaiting the morning sun to come.
Maybe, she just thought too much. She missed him already.
