I see a blue-ish light in front of me. I hear voices, like angels singing. Then pain shoots through my whole body. I let out a pained scream.
"She is awake." says a woman.
"Yes she is." responds a man.
"Should we tell Overlord?" she asks.
"No. Just go on with the procedure." he replies.
I hear this conversation go on. Finally I gather up the guts to say something.
"What procedure?" I say nervously.
"She speaks." the lady says, shocked.
"Yes, she does speak. Now, Lady Phantomhive, this procedure will make you immortal, not unlike demons, angels and shinogami. You will not eat souls, or reap them, or try and 'purify' souls." the man replies.
"I see." I whisper.
"Now, we will continue."
I feel more pain, shooting through my whole body, but mostly in my head and back.
Finally, the pain ceases.
I just sigh and drift off into a gentle slumber.
