Half-Bloods meet Paladins; a HoO/VLD crossover

The trip

(I know that the picture looks bad, and that Percy and Allura don't match as well, but I'm running out of ideas, guys)

Allura's POV

"Alright," Nico di Angelo said, "I got some info from a friend of mine in the Iris cabin, she was dealing with a new camper who got lost in the forest last night, but she was able to help out a bit"
"Fantastic, what have you found out?" I asked.
"To find out what happened yesterday at the attack, we actually have to go into space and collect a star from that hand you guys saw" he answered, gesturing towards Keith.
"What do we do when we get it?" Keith asked.
"Well, we'd have to take it to her and she'd have to look through for answers, but she said it would be a little difficult without some tech help"
"Yes!" Leo and Pidge both exclaimed.
"Leo, you need to let Pidge help with this, she is capable with technology that is a lot more advanced" Jason told Leo.
"Fine, have at it niñita" Leo said.
Lance snickered.
"entiendes el español?" Leo asked him, though I did not understand.
"sí, vengo de una familia latina, soy perfectamente fluido en español!" Lance responded.
"increíble!"
"How do you know Spanish?" Keith asked.
"I don't even know Spanish" Piper remarked.
Lance just shrugged, and we moved on.
Traveling to back to the hand took a few hours, so I was at the controls with Coran getting us there.

Percy's POV

Everyone was just hanging out while we were on our way to the hand, but Annabeth wanted to explore the Castle of Lions. (thank you HalfBloodMutantWitch for correcting me)

"The technological structure of this ship is incredible! I can't believe that such advances were available to the Alteans 10,000 years ago!" She said, raving in amazement about the ship.
"Yeah! It's pretty amazing, Wise Girl!"
"You know, Percy," Allura said, "Jason tells me your father and your powers give you great swimming capability, there is a pool 2 floors down!"
"Uh, I wouldn't do that if I were you, the pool is upside down, somehow the Altean's water can stay upside down too" Keith said.
"Yeah, um, bad idea" Lance said.
"How about this, I bet the two of you a ride inside one of your Lions that I can get in there and swim for ten minutes, if not, I owe you guys..."
"...lessons on how to do that?" Lance asked.
Keith facepalmed.
"Sure!" Percy laughed.
While Keith and Lance showed everyone to the pool to watch the bet, I heard Lance and Leo having a discussion in Spanish. Soon, Lance turned to Piper.
"So, why can't you speak Spanish? You hear my whole family speaking Spanish all the time" he asked.
"I don't really know, but I do speak French!" She said.
"Really? Show us!" Lance said.
"Quand vas-tu dire à ce garçon ce que tu penses de lui, Lance?" She said.
"Um...yes, I would love a hotdog!"
We all laughed at his response.

When we got to the pool, I saw that they weren't joking, it was literally upside down, even the water.

"Alright, lets see what you got, Percy!" Lance said.
I went up the middle area of one of the pools, and pulled the water down. Once it picked me up, I brought it back up to the top of the pool. I started swimming around, completely underwater, so that they could see how long I can stay in there. I swam around like that for ten minutes, and then went back down.
"Whoa!!!" Lance said.
"That was incredible!" Keith remarked.
All of the Paladins told me what they thought, and cheered too. While my friends, who already knew I could do that, cheered along with them.
Soon, Allura came in.
"Paladins, Half-Bloods, we're here" She said.
"Looks like you'll get your ride sooner than you thought Percy" Keith said.
"We all will," I answered, "I'll ride with Lance, blue is more my color"

I'm so sorry for the late update you guys!!! If anyone knows French, do me a favor and please hold off on translating in the comments, it will be brought up again soon for you guys! If you know the Spanish ones, go ahead! It's just a funny conversation. Here's a little game for you guys. I have a book series that I made a while ago, and I referenced a certain character in this chapter from that book series. If anyone knows it, feel free to put it in the comments!
